I installed Plesk originally with one Administrator email and then I changed that email in the Administrator settings but the system notifications (eg. "High 5 minute load average alert - 10.82") are still going to the old email. Is there somewhere else I need to change the old Administrator email? The Administrator Profile in Plesk very clearly shows the new email and not the old one.

Extension catalog loads (switched to) wrong language
Hi,
the Plesk server came preinstalled in German. First thing was to switch the language to English. Full configuration thereafter - loading of many extensions, security and many other tweaks - were all done in English, perfectly.
German language is even completely disabled in the language settings.
Using Extensions under Plesk:

I updated MariaDB from version 5.5.68 (original CentOS 7 Release) to 10.5.12 with the mariadb-10.5-upgrade.sh from Plesk. After the Update I had to add sql_mode = "" under [mysqld] in server.cnf to get rid of the strictmode error message. All worked fine, several restarts of the MariaDB Service, but no reboot of the complete Server right now...

Wordpress checkout 504 nginx error
Hello,
I'm struggling to resolve an issue on 1 of my websites.
Server is running Nginx (no apache) - FPM served by nginx.
1 wordpress website has started suffering a 504 error.
The Wp-admin login page, pressing refresh however, it has done the login and enters the admin panel.
The other page is the wordpress checkout after pressing submit - it hits the 120s execution timeout and errors.

Update Ubuntu 16.04.7 on Plesk Obsidian 18.0.34
Hi, currently i have a virtual server with operating system
SO: Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS with Plesk Obsidian 18.0.34, should I upgrade to version Ubuntu 18.04 in order to have PLESK Obsidian updates correctly and automatically.
I opened a ticket to someone who provides me with the hosting service, I was told that to update Ubuntu I can safely use the Reinstall function in their control panel (see attachment).
I ask, is this update procedure correct? Thanks

How to check if my DNS record for ssl can be resolved externally
When I issue a new certificate using Lets encrypt, I get a message indicating that I should add a DNS record then "before clicking 'Reload', make sure that the DNS record was added and can be resolved externally'. The link takes me to a page that doesn't tell me how to check that the DNS record can be resolved externally. So how do I verify the DNS record. I'm guessing that I somehow use the nslookup command but what would the parameters be?

Custom buttons not working correctly after 18.0.38 #1 upgrade
Hello,
Unfortunately i'm not having the minimum amount of posts in this forum to file a bug in the forum.
But after the 18.0.38 #1 upgrade we are facing a bug with custom buttons.
The button which we created is no longer refering to the url we configured in the custom button setting but to :
https://<servername>:8443/admin/server/<configured url>
Which is causing :
File not found.
After the button is clicked
Can this be fixed / Checked ?

I am migrating a number of domains from one server (Onyx) to another (Obsidian). Several use WordPress-based websites that have 100's of WP users, which is no problem as the encrypted passwords can be transferred from one user database to another. However, this appears to not be as easy with the Plesk-based mailboxes.

We are using thunderbird as our default email client via IMAP.
Everything has been running smooth till we move to a new office and we are suddenly having refused connections on the new WiFi.
Thunderbird keeps running in every WiFi we try but we can't use it on the office.
I tried the option "Disable firewall rule management" on Plesk and email was working again, after re-enabling the rules, email was still working, but this kind of "reset" seems to have done the trick for us.
