Just a warning/heads-up for you guys.
After upgrading to 18.0.68, some of our customers can no longer login to the panel, as it throws an error message. (also happens when we try the "Log in as Customer")
So far we have no clue, what circumstance triggers that problem, as most customers are just working fine.

We are now looking into it with the Plesk support...

I found that after having updated to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.67 (and now to the latest 67 Update 2 as well), Roundcube webmail is showing:

Oops... something went wrong!​

An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time.

We have multiple Plesk Obsidian servers.

One server has a bunch of custom menu options "Links to Additional Services" on the Admin account main menu.
All servers have the same Extensions/Apps installed.

We want to copy this menu Links to Additional Services" to other servers so all servers have the same menu options.

Where is the source data file located on disk so we can copy and paste from one server to other servers?

Can anyone help me find Page_id?

Hi All..

I'm using SiteJet on my plesk server, I submitted my site to google and it came back with a few errors one of them being page_id=442 (there are other page-id's) which points to index file. So google is hitting back with "Page with redirect" and can't or won't index the page. I can't find Id listed anywhere or the redirect. What I have found is the "head hitting the wall" - I'm lost just, so can anyone help me pls?

I tried accessing my Plesk Panel, and under my extension list, clicking on Watchdog, then clicking the rubbish bin shows this error:

The extension Watchdog was removed with errors: Error: GraphQL error: Internal server error.

Manually deleting the directory at /usr/local/psa/var/modules/ works, but the icon still shows up. Any suggestion is appreciated, have a nice day everyone!

I’m running a Plesk server and trying to configure web access using custom links like https://ip:8443 and https://ip:8080 with the admin user without disrupting any existing services.I accidentally pointed the IP address to a domain, so when I try to log into Plesk, it automatically redirects to the website instead of the Plesk panel. pls help

Plesk Obsidian has Plesk Migrator installed and available to Administrator. I need to delegate this to a Reseller. The reseller is set up apparently to use

I updated all the suggested security measures in wp-toolkit. I check a few days later and a couple were suggested again. Is that the nature of the beast of wp toolkit to check for updates or should that be a one and done?
I’m also running Wordfence premium so I’m not sure if that overlaps.
My concern is if I have a breach changing those security measures or if plugin updates or something else can cause wp-toolkit to require repeated securing?

Hi,

I've followed the following instructions for Watchdog to add new services configuration: Instruction - How to add a new service to the watchdog extension
Nevertheless, since Watchdog v3 upgrade, these new custom services are not being monitored (while still being listed).
I attempted to look at the mysql table within the Plesk database, but the table module_watchdog_service no longer exists.
Would you know where to look at? in which mysql table?

I've a ubuntu 24.04 server that is up to date, plesk cli tools are giving me many errors like this: /usr/bin/sw-engine: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.31' not found (required by /usr/bin/sw-engine)

Hey,
i’m looking for a way to add custom rules to the plesk autoresponder saved in the mail_resp table of the PSA database. I found some sieve rules and i tried to add a postfix conf for header_checks. unfortunately unsuccessful.

Does anyone have an idea, where i can add a header_check filter to the plesk autoresponder?

Dear All,

We are facing a strange issue that in the Install and Update plesk UI, it show updates availeble to 18.0.68, but it cannot upgrade as it have already upgrade, and even we use the command plesk installer install-panel-updates it show we have the latest version:

"You already have the latest version of product(s) and all the selected components installed. Installation will not continue."


What is worst is that we use the Plesk migrator to keep the server syncing, but the plesk...

Ich habe mein Hobby eine Weile auf Eis gelegt und muss jetzt wieder rein.

Ich wollte meinen Server auf mein Hobby vorbereiten und bin gleich am Anfang auf Probleme gestoßen.

Wenn ich hier auf meinem Server Plesk Web Installer Plesk installiere, bricht es mit Fehler ab, Plesk ist installiert, hat aber Probleme und auf dieser Seite
