Change the default account email from psaadm@server.tld or update msmtprc permanently

How can I change the default account email from psaadm@server.tld to another email?

I am using the MSMTP, configured to use an SMTP of zoho.

I did some testing, trying to send mass email (just one email for testing) and I received the following error in mail.err:
