Does SpamAssassin Scan Outgoing Mail ?

Hello, does SA in Plesk also filtering outbound mail ? If it doesnt by default, how do I configure SA to also scan outgoing mail ? I will also appreciate any other outbound spam filtering solution other than SA (amavis ?) , if any. I think this is a very important feature in mail server now. Even Cpanel already iintegrate this feature (Outbound filtering) with SA.

I know there is MailChannels but self filtering in Plesk before relay it to MailChannels will keep your MailChannels...
