I implement the procedure but the Varnish Cache keeping MISSING.

Details of my server:
OS ‪CentOS Linux 7.3.1611 (Core)‬
Product Plesk Onyx
Version 17.0.17

Details of the problem:
The varnish container is showing the following error log

bind(): Cannot assign requested address
child (16) Started
Child (16) said Child starts...
