Error mail

Hi,
I have plesk on my dedicated server.
I have an issues to connect my mails on Outlook, the webmail works but on Outlook 2016 isn't work.
I have this error message : The server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMT

I don't know what to do... Can you help me ?
