DNS Master does not propagate information

We have a VPS with a provider.
The DNS in Plesk is configured as Master.
When we create a domain in Plesk we leave the default settings.
We therefore expect to see the DNS settings in Plesk online.
Instead we continue to see the ISP's DNS settings.

plesk repair dns does not report any issues.
At this point we can't understand what blocks us.
