Why doesn't MySQL/MariaDB show within the "Services Management" to be able to restart?

Hi,

I know I can restart through SSH but just wondering why doesn't Plesk show MySQL/MariaDB service in the "Services Management" page on Plesk to make it easier to restart through web interface just like Web Server (Apache) is?
