Need way to handle www subdomain in WP Toolkit cPanel implementation

As I understand, WP-Toolkit relies on the host server for the domain portion of it's install. If you wanted to install on www.domain.com, you would set your preferred domain to www in Plesk and there wouldn't be any problems. On cPanel, you cannot select www as prefered. You also cannot add www so that you can select it during installation. This means you cannot install Wordpress on WWW with Toolkit.
