Plesk SSL and Domain inaccessibility problem

Hello, yesterday at 7 pm I got a big ddos attack and I've been dealing with problems since then. Somehow I realized that plesk is not working at plesk.domain.com and this is my main problem. I can log in as ip : port but I cannot connect as dns. I tried every way...

I also realized that while I was having this problem, I could not access any connected domains.

I changed the dns defined on plesk, renewed the ssl connection. Whatever I did, I couldn't fix it. Also; I'm having ssl handshake...
