Performance Booster and MariaDB 11.4

I just set up a new server on AlmaLinux 9.5. Everything seems to be dandy. Still have not added any customers, so no domains no databases either. I was scouting through some of the settings and noticed this (see my screenshot).

Is this normal behavior? Not a trouble for me, alternatively I'll use MySQLtuner anyway. But was wondering if is this normal behavior or if should I look into it. I analyzed the Obsidian changelog and it says MariaDB 11.4 is fully supported. Usually, if some feature...
