Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.21 update #3 scheduled backups fail.

Hi there,

Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.21 update #3 scheduled backups fail.
The four Plesk I'm using have not been solved yet.
Update #1, #2, #3 has the same problem.

ERROR: () Unable to create remote backup. Error: Unable to export backup: Transport error: Unable to create the directory 'ftp://ftp.remote.tld//bk/mydomain.tld/': Curl error: (21) Quote command returned error: Last FTP request: MKD mydomain.tld Last FTP response: 550 mydomain.tld: File exsists

Error after upgrade from 17 to 18.0.21

After upgrading Plesk from 17 to Version 18.0.21 Update #3 on my linux machine, When open the Domains menu and select a domain (any of them) this error will appear:

ERROR: Cannot redeclare Clue\StreamFilter\register() (previously declared in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php:140) (functions.php:140)

I did do plesk repair fs and plesk repair web but noting changed.

Couldn't get in Filemanager after update

Hi everyone.
After update the Plesk to Obsidian version, all things all fine but I couldn't get in Filemanager anymore!!
before update I didn't have any problem!!

FPM application server by apache stopped working

Hi,

Somehow today all the websites that were configured as FPM application server by apache stopped working they were working last night, they are not working today.

Switching to FPM application served by nginx get the site back up.

I don't understand what happened and I don't understand how to get FPM application server by apache working again.

Apache is running:

Hello,

I have just installed the latest version of obsidian and I need to open my remote database read-only.

My database is well configured but it seems to say that I have to open the service using the firewall but this service does not exist in Obsidian? Is that normal? How to install it because it does not exist in the extensions?

email forwarding , can not enter email address in UI

Hi together,

after upgrading from Onyx to latest Obsidian we are missing the corresponding window to enter an external email address under the tab "domains-> domain name -> e-mail-settings -> forwarding "

Formerly entered forwardings are still available and shown but enter a new forwarding fails.

Sorry for German in screenshots.

Any hints ?

I want to use Mattermost and use a fairly aggressive technique. When I normally try to build Mattermost with Plesk, I get a lot of redirects with proxy_pass. So I can't use Mattermost on Plesk.

php mail fails for regular users, works for root

A test.php file stored at the customer's httpdocs folder produces nothing if the owner of that file is
username : psacln ... If the owner is root:root then the mail is delivered. The file is very simple:

mail('xxxxx@kalfaoglu.net','hello','test mail function');
?>

Sendmail is enabled both on server level and subscription level for that customer.

  • SSL It! Version 1.0.0-473
  • The SSL It! extension is added as service to the service plan of the subscription.
Once the SSL It! extenstion is active and a customer is trying to access the extension to get a certificate or update the settings the customers will be directed to the domain list and the error message: "Could not retrieve subscription plan-items: Permission denied." is appering.

Dear all,

this week I decided to try Plesk Premium Email.
Therefore I had to switch from Courier/Qmail to Dovecot/Postfix (using Ubuntu 18.04). Everything went fine without installation errors. First steps went fine so far, the enhanced Roundcube interface is working (at least with basis functionality).
But now some questions arise ...

1.) Spam detection
After using some mail accounts with Plesk Premium Email webinterface, all mails are filtered into Spam folder - Spamassassin reports...
