Plesk CentOS 7.8 ImageMagick Update Error

My CentOS 7.7.1908 server updated to 7.8.2003 today but there was one package that seems to be having errors updating. Even when I run "yum update" manually I get the following:

Use not plesk-php73-redis, but install custom phpredis (using PELC or APT)

Hello, I don't want to use preinstalled plesk-php73-redis extension (because of old version - the default version is 3.0.0 and current is 5).

I removed the plesk-php73-redis extension and installed one using (pecl install redis) but it didn't take any affect (after restarting). I can't see in phpinfo no redis support. (of course I added extension=redis.so in php.ini)

Is there any way how to solve this?

Add MSSQL Dropdown missing for User

Hi,

I created a customer subscription. This new customer cannot add an MSSQL database - its missing in the dropdown. However I, as an admin can do it in my subscriptions.
I couldn't find the right documentation for this - I guess it must be just a user right setting.

Do you have any advice?

I have the right license (web host edition) - this should not be the problem.

User Agent Filtering

Hello, tell me if there is a possibility of filtering traffic by specifying a user agent based on nginx.

Interested in server and client level solutions by specifying additional nginx directives

Example for server level:

if ($ http_user_agent ~ (ZmEu | libwww-perl | wget)) {
return 403;
}

I submit to etc/nginx.conf but does not work.

can not access mailbox

Hi Forum,

i´ve read this tutorial (2. Access Your Mailbox) but i can not connect to my mailbox (tested via nextcloud).

I´ve secured my masterdomain with Let´s encrypt and with a wildcard certificate (*.example.com). This certificate also works with both oy my subdomains. So i do not know, what the second point of solutions means.

I´m sorry for my english, but i hope to get some tips.

Hi Pleskians

I',m having a small problem with a domain on my Plesk , when I try to access the code editor to edit a file I get the following

You don't have permission to access /smb/file-manager/code-editor on this server.

Even if the file permissions are correct I get the error.

We've had these reports from some of our clients, they're receiving emails that look like this:

Updates were not installed for the following items:

Hi there.
We have a huge problem since the last night and are unable to lgin to plesk cause mysql service is not running and unable to start. also plesk repair wont work.
Error: DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory
The my.cnf is present when i login via sftp and i can see ti, but no idea what happend. We did not do any changes.

Any idea would be very, very helpful.

I am running my server with Ubuntu 18.04. Since the Update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.26 the incremental backup to my FTPS server fails with a message like this:

pigz on backups frequently overloading cpu usage

This is an issue that's been ongoing for years. I am striving to get rid of it:

On scheduled or manual backups, when the pigz program zips the files, it occupies all cpu cores and does not leave room for other programs. This leads to failures of Apache (due to timeouts) on some occasions.

I am seeking a way to limit the cpu usage of that single program. I have thought about cgroups, but it does not seem to be suitable, because pigz runs as root and we cannot (don't want to) limit root in...

HTTP2 enabled, Apache still using 1.0

At the suggestion of the Advisor extension, I enabled HTTP2 on my server. However, I'm still seeing requests in the logs using HTTP/1.0. Example:

GET /calendar/?viewmonth;year=2022;month=4;day=6; HTTP/1.0

Do I need to reconfigure/rebuild something to get Apache to use HTTP2 instead?
