Hi,
I am using a webhost in order to keep track of some user information (just a test at this point) using MySQL and PHP. I have created a (actually several) user in order to connect to my database, and this entire process used to worked fine until a few weeks ago, but now I encounter PHP Error 1045 : Access denied when I use the users username/password to connect to the database.
At first I was told this was because my user's password was too weak and plesk "wouldn't register it because of...

Hi,

When I add an IPv6 range like 2a01:4f9:2b:f810:0:0:0:1 -> 2a01:4f9:2b:f810:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff (Mask /64), it will only use the 2a01:4f9:2b:f810::1 address for all of the sites, and not allocate one IP per site from it, why's that? I don't think that's how it's supposed to work?

I did a lot of testing to get the update right from Debian Stretch to Debian Buster running Plesk 18.0.28.2. Unfortunately, Plesk currently doesn't officially support this like it used to do in previous versions. It's possible if you adhere to some specific steps.


Caveats:
Contrary to previous releases, there is no "distupgrade.helper" script anymore.

If you would run dist-upgrade instantly after upgrade, this would lead to a problem with "Removing psa-imp...". Uninstallation will...

I'm trying to setup cron job to run php script(s), and I need to send parameters to script, but it is not working in any way.
First I was trying to add do php filename ?id=xxx but in that case script file is not found.
Then I have tried to add arguments in several ways ... id=xxx, ?id=xxx, or simple xxx and to read...

Greetings,
After upgrading plesk to Obsidian, I'm facing with a unusual problem:
I can't login to the plesk as admin, since it detects Gateway IP instead of mine!
No admin can login to the plesk due to the wrong IP.
P.s I could login to the plesk Onyx with the same config.

Since yesterday we are seeing several support cases were customers are locked out of their websites by fail2ban as it reacts to a ModSecurity 403 error. That is caused by rule 222212 in Wordpress installations, for example as follows:

there seems to be a glitch with the proper display of the Wordpress Toolkit under Account - Additional Services.

logged in as admin, check service plan, wordpress toolkit and all sub-choices enabled.
create new subscription.
still as admin, go to that subscription, account, additional services and (in this case) it shows 8 times wordpress toolkit, and all of them as "off".

when logging into the control panel as that client, and checking account, pick the subscription in question...

I got an email today saying that the Let's Encrypt certificate for my main domain (the one used for the server hostname) couldn't be renewed...

Code:

   idn_to_ascii: empty domain name: U_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT_ERROR

I'm going to go ahead and renew it manually for the time being, but is there something I can do to resolve this in the future?

(i think this is the first time this has happened...)

Here is the error message received by the sender:

I use Plesk Obsidian with centOS 7.8 and changed from atomic to comodo modsecurity rules. After this a moderators of my project was banned. Reason its showed up two times in "plesk-modsecurity" and get a jail for "recidive" (banned for a week)

See anybody the reason or is here a false positive? "plesk-modsecurity" looks in /var/log/modsec_audit.log

Hi all,
Backblaze have released an S3 compatible API. I have been using Scaleway but wish to migrate to Backblaze B2. Has anyone figured out how to get this working?

I get the error:
`Error: Unable to upload a file to the storage: Backblaze does not support the 'x-amz-request-payer' header. Make sure you have granted the permission for multipart upload of files.`

Hi,

I have a Plesk v18.0.24_build1800200215.00 os_CentOS 7 . And a use the Plesk Prenium Email. For few day we have a big probleme.

The espace disk is growing constatly. After analyse i see the file console.log (In location : /var/log/Kolab-Syncroton) growing very fast. For example, this morning the file was 54Go ! After deleting, 1 hours the file go 14Go...
