I use Plesk as a DNS Server for a domain. The mailserver and some subdomains are set up on the plesk instance as well. However, the main A DNS record points to an external server.

This means, that the HTTP-01 challenge can not be used.

Hi,
March 2020 I start a website on the Automotive niche and from the first week, I am getting search visitor but not google Search. A maximum visitor comes from other search engines. how will I get the visitor from google search?

Hello,

I fail daily scheduled system safe update.
Error Description: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
Update from Plesk GUI also fail.

Plesk auto-update is off.

I run the below command.
(1) rm -fr /var/cache/yum/*
(2) yum clean all
Then when I check for update, all applications are reported as up to date.
However, the next day's automatic update fails.
The application to be updated is the same as the previous day.
It seems that the manual update was not possible either.

Tried to install the Site Import extension on Plesk Obsidian v18.0.29_build1800200825.21 os_Ubuntu 18.04
(also failed while on v18.0.28)

Hi,

I have had these errors for a few months, but not really looked into it as things "seemed" to be running normally!

However, I am now no longer able to add new subscriptions to the server - it states I do not have an available shared IP address or dedicated IP address. I'm not sure if this relates to the errors I get when Plesk is trying to update or not. However, it is time to get the errors resolved and then see where we go from there.

This has been posted in Obsidian Linux and marked as resolved but whatever fix was made (if it works) hasn't been made available to Windows.

The search bar is extremely slow and it's been scripted so that when the bar loses focus the search is cancelled so you literally have to wait and cannot get on with anything else whilst you wait.

The search which used to be in the left hand column was fantastic, whatever has been done since it's been made horizontal across the top has made it...

Hello,

need urgently help, after automatic update today don't show dns and bind9 dosen't start i receive always error

root@second ~ # service bind9 start


Job for bind9.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.

I want block a few bots and crawlers, which not respect robots.txt.
I think the best way is to create a new apache config-file in "/etc/httpd/conf.d/block_useragents.conf" and reload apache?

I cant send and receive emails .
I am using vultr cloud with PLESK but I cant use my emails . I cant send and receive emails.
I am getting such kind of errors in the maillog:
Please keep on mind that I have changed my domain with MYDOMAIN and my gmail with EMAIL for security reasons

Hi,

I have changed the max_execution_time to 300 but when importing a theme in WordPress I get the following error: "Maximum execution time of 29 seconds exceeded in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/subdomain.mysite.com/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor.php on line 489"

I have even changed the settings in the php.ini in Plesk and have checked the php.info in Plesk and reflects the settings and ever restarted the service but still the same issue.

What else I can do to resolve this please...

After the Upgrade (which went fine) I cant even check for Updates anymore, not in Plesk and not in the Console.

Hi

i would like to install python and run .py scripts in httpdocs, also i have read here, that this is possible through plesk onyx.

so what would be the best practice to install python on centos 7 and make it competable with plesk onyx. detailed instruction if possible.

Dear Supports,
I had this error on browser after switching a web site to Nginx alone mode at Plesk Obsedian,
The page isn’t redirecting properly
With logs at Plesk says,
