(Cloud server with multiple domains) SSL Wildcard not works with subdomains ftp/mail/webmail

Hello,
I'd like to activate a Rapid SSL Wildcard for a specific domain on my cloud server (more domains/hosting hosted on the server) to encrypt the domain's activity on ftp, mail and webmail but it works only on generic subdomains (ex. mysubdomain.mydomain.com).

Sum up, it works on:
mydomain.com
www.mydomain.com
mygenericsubdomain1.mydomain.com
mygenericsubdomain2.mydomain.com
...

Not works on (view every time the default SSL certificate on Plesk):...

After restore: subscription is locked

When I restore a domain that was previously backed up with plesk, the subscription of this domain gets locked and at the end of the backup a warning is shown:

Code:
Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --sync-subscription example.com -sync-as-vendor -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1. Stderr is This subscription is locked and so it cannot be synchronized.
I can only unlock it with higher privileges.

I searched the plesk documentation but I did not...

Hi,

I just upgraded to Onyx and I need php4.4 for one site which has a very outdated cms. Is this possible by following the steps in the kb about multiple php versions on plesk 12 and higher?

We're having problems with what seems to be a single spammer, that somehow bypasses all filters.
We use multiple DNS zones for the DNSBL service, and every mailaccount uses spamassassin.
SPF spam protection is not (yet) activated. With the current setup we almost block all spam,...

Hi,

I am using Plesk XML API to automate Virtual Directory creation for a subdomain xyz.mydomain.com and request packet structure is as below.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

I am getting error which error code is 1015 and error description says "Virtual host does not exist"

Hello,

We use BIND and CentOS as our primary/secondary nameservers. I would like to, however, manage the records in Plesk (which is currently setup with Windows DNS) and then when changes occur, have those changes integrate into our current BIND instance. I am reading how we can use some sort of integration script to accomplish this, but it is outside my realm of understanding currently. Could anyone provide some input or perhaps an example of how I might accomplish this task?

Hi
I see that Plesk 12 supports MySQL 5.6, but the server I am running is Ububtu 14.04 LTS and comes with 5.5.
I need to make 5.6 available but I can see no way of doing it without breaking Plesk (I already tried just installing it from command line with apt-get install and had to restore the whole server from backup!) - there is no option for MYSQL in Plesks updates & upgrades menu ...

Is it possible?

Description:
After upgrade to Onyx from 12.5 Plesk shows the error as displayed below.
Regenerating the config files doesn't work: broken and regenerate all.
Plesk is working on it for some time, then says it was solved.
After page reload, the same error is visible.
As far as i have seen the sites are not affected by this.

To install all modules necessary for project is necessary in Websites & Domains > Applications > Manage My Applications > click the application name in the list > Install Dependencies.
As result is:
...
Generating autoload files
> php artisan clear-compiled
> php artisan optimize

After this, is necessary execute additional commands like:
php artisan db:seed --class=delete_tables
php artisan migrate

How is possible pass these commands to run?

In old times, plesk 11.x, I need a fresh and modern php version. So I installed new php versions by my self. Now with plesk 12.5 plesk make this... but where?

In my php options I find only my custom compiled versions: http://fs5.directupload.net/images/161025/6od7kcfe.png

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Updated the Plesk to version (Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update # 4) Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and can not do backups.

Before upgrading it was scheduled and was daily but now not list the backups it had also no longer makes accomplishing anything, even in manual mode.

When I try to manually it is charging and not leave it, already I looked at the logs but it does not register anything.

I tried to repair and even change the backup folder but not...

Hello,

When our Plesk server tries to install the micro updates every night we are getting the below error, Also when trying to reinstall the micro updates manually

Hello ,


I have designed a website in asp.net mvc and I am trying to host it on Plesk panel. I have upload all my files into httpdocs folder, but I cant see the contents on my site. My site is live and DNS settings are all ok. Please guide me how to upload MVC files into httpdocs.
