Hello,our plesk email service is configured without any issue,rdns,no ip blacklists.From the domain's ide dmarc,spf all configured as it should be.In the mail-tester we get a 10/10 score but still our emails are marked as "spam" in gmail(thats what we actually care)/outlook.Our test domain is "quick24store.com" and info@quick24store.com

Hello everyone, we have a dedicated hosting with plesk. We have a really weird issue where our websites stop responding until I restart apache and nnginx or if I wait like 5 - 10 minutes they are accesible again. I haven't found a cause or pattern for this issue, as it could happen once a month, or once in three months but it happened twice yesterday and today it happened again.

I can defend myself with linux but when it comes to troubleshooting I'm no expert.

I appriciate any help you can...

Does the SOGo email extension support the password recovery option?

When in SOGo webmail extension general preferences, I dont see the password recovery tab to set this up? Is password recovery supported in Plesk SOGo? If so how can I enable it?

I have Backup Drive Pro installed and linked to OneDrive. All installed and backups are working fine. I would also like to access OneDrive from the OS to retrieve images. Is this possible? I see onedrive mapped under /mnt but get a permission error when accessing it from the OS. What would I need to supply to access the files there?

No option for user to remove / delete hosting from his panel

While using admin credentials i have created users and in users i have created multiple hosting , if i am logged in using admin i am able to remove any hosting by clicking "Remove" button .

Now i want the user can delete the hosting himself. The user is not able to see any option to remove the hosting after he has logged in using his credentials.

Is there any option thru which i can grant permission to a user using which he may remove the hosting himself.

is there a elegant way to collect mails from external mail boxes to a mailbox hosted in plesk? like gmail offer it to fetch mails from other mailboxes?

Can you consider adding a custom color wheel for private branding. Not liking the 2 only available options. I have over ten internal companies with different branding and this would be a great feature to impliment. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

Hey,
I'm wondering why my AWStats is only showing data for the last four months, while the server is running for years.
With the forum search i found that the setting in Server Settings determines how long stats should be kept, but that is set to 12 months, so doesn't fit either.

Any idea why AWStats would only keep the current and the last three months despite the setting being 12?

I have a WordPress site. I created a clone of this site on a subdomain (testing.domain.gr) and i tried to create a symbolic link, so the clone site can show images directory from "mother" site (/wp-content/uploads).

I used this command:

ln -s /var/www/vhosts/just4pets.gr/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads /var/www/vhosts/just4pets.gr/testing.just4pets.gr/wp-content/uploads

...and it seems to be created correctly, No problem appeared.

I am trying to clean my server of thousands of .jpg files because I already have them with a .wepp extension and I am having a problem.

How can I search from PLESK, only the files with a .JPG extension and then delete them? Is there a way?.

I am new to PLESK and I can't find a way.
