Inconsistencies in dpkg database on fresh Onyx/Ubuntu installation

Hi,
I just activated Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 (web hosting edition) after updating licence from web admin edition.
After activating correct licence I got the message that 5 system packages could be updated.
In "System updates" section there is the yellow info bar with warning:
Warning: The information for some packages may not be up-to-date: inconsistencies have been found in the System Pack Manager database. Solve this problem manually.

Please, could you please help me to solve the problem.

Webmail assignment not possible

Why is it not possible to assign either webmail to the subscription mail service? (The service plan has no restriction here) The building roundcube is registered as well as a custom webmailer (Rainloop).

In my understanding this redirects the client domain url e.g. "webmail.domain.de" to "webmal.mywebmaildomain.de", without the need to manually create the subdomain for a redirect (this is what I d right now as a workarround).

Please advise, thanks!

How to change subscription IP Addresses from sahred to dedicated

Hi folks,
I am using plesk version 12.5.30, centos 7. My sites are running of shared IP Address when am trying to change that to dedicated it show me following message "Error: Cannot change the type of IP address already allocated to a user. IP address xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is already allocated to user(s) as shared IP address."

I thing it is coming because this ip address is allocated to subscription users. I be grateful to whom help me to figure it out how to make it possible.

SSH Keys Manager can't login with new generated Key

Hi,

today we installed ssh Keys manager and we could not use existing key "Incorrect format of SSH public key." but we could generate a new one and saved.
but with this new Key we cant get access to server.

What can we do? Do i have to modify something in "/etc/ssh/sshd_config" to get that extension working?

can't change quotas plesk onyx 12 web admin edition

hi all.
as above. i can't change the quotas of a domain from 10GB (disk space and mailbox). have tried

plesk bin subscription --switch-subscription my_domain.co.uk -service-plan Unlimited

and i get the result

The subscription my_domain.co.uk is now associated with the service plan Unlimited.

but it's still stuck on 10GB. have restarted the server but no change. any further steps i should take?

Why are my outgoing E-Mails still marked as Spam on some Sites?

Hello Plesk Users,
i have an Problem, all outgoing E-Mails are marked as Spam on Sites like gmail, yahoo. But i dont know why.

I am dependent on the mails being sent.

Lets post some facts.

Plesk & the Mail Server, both have an SSL Certificate (Both have the same)
The Mailserver IP is 5.199.133.131, and i can't find it on any Blacklist. (I also tried a different IP)

There are Mail-Test Sites on the internet like "mail-tester.com" or "isnotspam.com"
On both Sites, i reach the full score,...

Why are my outgoing E-Mails still marked as Spam on some Sites?

curl upgrade to 7.54 on centos 6.7

i want to update curl to 7.54 on mine centos 6.7 plesk 12.5.30 current version of curl is 7.19.7
i've already tried yum update curl.x86_64
it still stays on 7.19.7

any suggestion is welcome

Hello,

This is my first post on this forum. I have a issue with one of my webspaces, here is the error/warning: "Warning: The webspace was suspended. All sites hosted with the webspace are not available.", another one "The subscription is suspended: All services provided with the subscription are frozen and not accessible to Internet users.". Do you have any idea why this webspace was automatically disabled twice? I've checked the resources and limits, all parameters are good.

WP Toolkit site URL not https

The site url is not beeing detected as https, though it is https on backend and frontend.

  • Checked that WP settings all contain https
  • Checked Security Plugins
  • Did several rescans with WP Toolkit

How does the WP Toolkit detect the url here?
Could you allow admins to manually edit the url for the page? (currently not possible)

PHP Version in SSH Connections

Hello

I run a number of domains on my server, and using Plesk they are configured to use PHP 7.

If I use Putty to SSH to the server, and log in as root, or as an account set up for the particular domain, and then type:

php -ver

It says I am using PHP Ver 5.4.

Using the SSH console within Plesk was a non starter, as it requires Java.

Now, rather than just update this on the command line, and potentially bugger up my Plesk back end, I thought I would ask here if there was a way to...

Hello everybody,

I have one problem and need your help, my cliente change windows permitions vhosts folder.
Now all webs sites have the error below:

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

How could I repair this permitions on Windows?

Hello,
My plesk 12.5 try to update to v17 but i never asked for it ...
I see that on homepage :

And when i go to Plesk update and upgrade i see that :

And no options to upgrade only to last 12.5 MU ...

How to fix that.

I manage 18 plesk server and it is the only one doing this ...

Hello

I will first say I have no clue about all this :)

I migrated from cpanel linux server to PLESK linux server, looks like everything was ok. Then I opend roudcube webmail, checked my mails, looks ok, but then I noticed I could not create a new email and my replies which was sent will not show up in sent.

Then I looked in my inbox, at the time where all where there, saw a junk mail, marked it a clicked junk, then I got a error and I could not see my inbox emails anymore. I just marked...

Source: Backup set from Plesk 12.5.30, CentOS 7.1, 64-Bit
Destination: Plesk Onyx 17.5, CentOS 7.3, 64-Bit

Error on some, not all domains (only 1.3% of subscriptions, 0.46% of domains):
"Stderr is filemng failed: filemng: Error occurred during /usr/bin/base64 command."

After restoration it seems that all data is present. But what exactly is causing this error and what are the consequences?
