Hallo,

ich habe seit einigen Tagen das Problem, dass die Globalen Regeln bzw. die Anpassung der
Datei 50_scores.cf keinerlei Auswirkung auf den tatsächlichen Score Wert hat.

Hier einmal im Detail:

Ich habe dem Filter BAYES_99 in der 50_scores.cf neue Werte zugewiesen, da die originalen
Werte etwas wenig Punkte generieren. Ich habe die Grundwerten jeweils um 10 Punkte erhöht.
Nach der Änderung habe ich spamassassin neu gestartet und leider keine Score Änderung

Automated plesk updates failed for HTTPS.

Hello,

Automatic plesk updates fail for the panel it self.
Debian-based packages install fine, so the update service is functioning correctly.
Problem: plesk downloads a binary or archive file from a HTTP-based domain, not via SSL like the apt/dpkg tools do.
Likely cause: Our enterprise firewall does not like this. Probably because of the mitm vulnerability possibilities regarding sending executable files over unsecured connections and then automatically starting them as a privileged...

Hello,
i am paying each month lot of money to my hoster Hetzer.de for use Plesk, and when i have any problems and issues with plesk don`t can write "Plesk Help center" with the issue, when i need fill a Submit a request to support here, i receive a note from plesk (attachment), the reseller are fully trained by plesk, and when i contact my hoster also reseller that say ohh we don`t can do anything contact plesk, plesk say me what is here wrong please???

Were can me now help for my issue???...

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install Plesk on an debian 8.9 LXC Container, but there are some issues I cant resolve. Dovecot for example doesnt start

Hi everyone,

We have released the new version of Let's Encrypt extension - v1.3.

Changes include:
  1. Debian 6 is now supported
  2. No more conflicts with alt-python-virtualenv on CloudLinux
  3. Extension now ignores unsupported domains:
    1. Inactive (disabled/suspended) domains
    2. Wildcard subdomains
    3. Domains without web hosting
    4. IDN domains
  4. Fixed PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach
  5. Users can now secure Plesk with www. prefix in hostname...

Email blacklists

In Plesk's server-wide mail settings there's a blacklist we can populate, in addition to listing other DNSBL services within the settings tab.

I'm just wondering, is it possible to just populate one single Plesk server's blacklist and then point other Plesk servers to this one as a DNSBL? I manage a bunch of Plesk servers in addition to our own and having to ban the same domains across them all is pretty cumbersome. If I could just set one of our own servers up as a blacklist this would be...

I was pleased and happy to get this great tutorial by @UFHH01 installing NGINX with Brotli.
The install worked successful until the point of compilation.

How to add and enable mod_php7.0?

As I only host one website on that dedicated machine (plenty of RAM) I look to use the apache in prefork mode with mod_php7.0 and as less modules as possible.

I allready did install php7.0.22 with all the modules (common,...mysql,zip,xml.... and libap2-mod-php7.0)
cli is running that 7.0.22:

Can´t add subdomains

Hi there
for some reasons i was not able to add subdomains in subscriptions anymore. If i try to do so, it took long time and the result is:
" This operation is taking too long. Check the results in a few minutes."

Could anyone help with that issue?

Using 12.0.18 Update #99 with CentOS 6.9.

Hi at all,
something drives me mad since weeks, especially since I use only nginx with PHP71-FPM nginx.
Half year ago as I used like most users Apache with Nginx Reverse and PHP71-FPM apache, but this is unimportant any longer, perhaps only for the possibility hosting customers who wnat to use mainly Apache.

1.I activated ZLIB compression in the PHP.INI of the handler FPM71 which I use.
2. I also use GZIP either in both variants: Now with Only Nginx and...

Can't log into plesk after upgrade from 12.0 to Onyx

Hi guys,

please allow me a question about the Slave DNS Manager. Just starting a hosting company and to keep things nice and tidy I would like to use the same two nameservers for all my customers of my entire (hopefully soon big :)) fleet of Plesk servers - something like:

ns1.valuegardens.net and
ns2.valuegardens.net

I thought about using the Slave DNS Manager extension to let the Plesk servers push their DNS infos to this two slave servers and then publish only the names and IPs of...

Log files delete to save disk space

Hello, I saw that my server disk space was slowly less and less with months.

So i searched for logs in the parallels plesk folder and I found 2 gigabytes of old log files (log files of past years) in the "mail enable" --> "sf" and "mta" folders. I deleted them without consequences, freeing diskspace.

Searching for other logfile folders, I've just found the "parallels" --> "plesk" --> "PMM" folder, that contains a log folder, and a file called "migration.log.1" that weight 700 Megabytes,...

currently I've a "small" problem with installing a Wordpress MU on a subdomain and I'm not sure if this possible what I'm trying to do. So I hope that somebody here can help me.
