Very slow customer panel
Hello everyone,
I have this problem. Reseller panel is working fine. But when I connect to customer panel, website and domain pages are very slow. it takes about 30 seconds to display.
I've checked my licence and it is ok. Debug is disabled.
I have also these line I don't know how to solve

Web server configuration error
I have a problem with subscriptions status. In my subscriptions list have a new error icon beside each domain (subscription). Description of this icons is "Web server configuration for the subscription's domains may be inconsistent. Please fix errors in templates of Apache configuration and retry generating the configuration file.". I have checked whole Plesk with "plesk repair all -n" command. But I haven't found any errors. Everything is working good but these icons are disturbing me....

basically, he is saying:
1 Lets Encrypt SSL cert needs to cover client domain AND my host.server.com domain?
is that possible? 1 cert coving 2 domains?

I ordered a new Strato V-Server with Ubtuntu 16.04 LTS and Plesk Onyx 17.8 (Web Pro edition).
I migrated only 2 domains from an older Starto V-Server with Ubuntu 14.04 and Plesk 12.5 to test the migration.
Both domains work fine after migration. Mailboxes, Websites, databases and Letsencrypt were migrated too.
But in Plesk Onyx the hXXXXX.stratoserver.net is listed as a Abonnement (this must be new in Onyx).

Node.js Extension Causes 504
I have Node.js/Postgres app (tested and worked on different servers without an issue). When I try to run this app via Plesk's Node.js extension, the domain becomes inaccessible and I get 504 Gateway Time-out error.
Additionally, when I run the "start" script, Plesk panel output freezes and the only way to get an output is to run "killall node" command on SSH. Killing the node, I get the expected output without any errors.
All the dependencies are installed without any issue. Any idea...

GIT users
Hi
I have rented Plesk managed space and installed GIT by Softaculous. But I do not want to use my Plesk administration user for commits/pushes and so forth. I created other users in Plesk but I am not able to configure them so that I can use them for GIT. I already asked my provider but this could not provide a solution.
Has somebody a solution?

IPV6 only
I'm testing the latest version of Plesk and in the settings I tried to create domain only with IPV6 but it does not work, also in visualization the IP address insists on IPV4.
Note: The site does not work if you just leave without IPv4, if enabling IPV4 works!

Before yesterday, Whenever my clients used to add their email account into iPhone or other mobile, they were prompted with certificate alert, then they have to trust it to continue. At that time, plesk server was secured with "plesk pool" certificate.

hyperlinking plesk 4.5
I"m upgrading my website from Webplus/serif to Plesk 4.5 because webplus does not have HTTPS I don't see any way to hyperlink from my site to an off site page? Does anyone know if this is possible?

Today i installed windows server 2016 datacenter (clean install) and updated it first.
and finally i nstalled plesk wia GUI
I got this error.
i think this is mysql 5.7 or plesk bug.

Disabling proxy mode on a subdomain over shell

I did try to disable the nginx proxy mode for a subdomain as I did not find a shell option for the subdomain I did it on the subscription:
plesk bin subscription --update-web-server-settings DOMAIN.TDL -nginx-proxy-mode false
My issue is that it only affects the domain but does ignore the subdomain.
(Under "Apache & nginx Settings for" the Domain drops the option "Proxy mode" but the Subdomain keeps it)
Any idea on how to disable it for the subdomain over the shell?

Outlook cannot connect to SMTP/Outgoing mail all of a sudden.
I currently run 2 websites (and their associated emails) on a VPS. I then use Outlook for my email needs.
I have not had any problems in sending and receiving emails up until today. I sent 6 emails, one after another, where the first 5 went through but the last one stays in the Outbox until it triggers an error, saying that Outlook cannot connect to the outgoing SMTP.
I have not changed any settings on the server or within the Outlook programme.
I have tried another computer as well...

Why does the Google Authenticator, on my VPS, no longer work since performing a system reboot?
I run a VPS, which hosts multiple WordPress websites. On these websites, I have the Google Authenticator App/Plugin installed. Recently, I had to Reboot the VPS. Since then the Google Authenticator Plugin has not accepting the Apps generated codes.

How to hyperlink in plesk 4.5
I created a site with serif webplus but the search engines will not process it because it does not comply with HTTPS only HTTP so my provider is enabling me to use Plesk 4.5 but while I'm recreating the site I see no way to hyperlink??? It is a non profit site so I am free and getting the bare minimum support.which i appreciate but i don't want to tie them up with support questions .www.nationalday911.org is the web site its loaded with hyperlinks....
