I want to suppress the use of Apache memory

I have been receiving frequent server alerts from Plesk Mobile since two weeks ago.
I made a Plesk-related update that was released at the same time as the update to CentOS 7.7 two weeks ago.
My server currently uses only Nextcloud software. And it runs on Nginx. And at most 10 people use my server.

The Apache memory(Health monitoring) usage graph fluctuates frequently. Memory consumption varies between 0.3GB and up to 1.5GB.

I can temporarily free memory by restarting PLESK-PHP73-fpm. Or...

I want to suppress the use of Apache memory

Another Default Page for all websites issue

Hi all,

My VPS host has moved my server to a cloud hosting, and after reconfiguring DHCP, all websites now show the default Plesk page.

Plesk can be accessed normally but none of the 40 websites hosted in it. I have also noticed that in the Wordpress toolkit all websites are marked as Quarantined. I am sure this false, but Plesk does not let me unblock the websites. Clicking refresh on each one does nothing.

I have done all the suggested solutions I could find about this issue on this...

LDA error message since last Plesk core update

Hi,

since last plesk core update i find the following message in my SYSLOG:

postfix-local[16399]: process '/usr/lib/dovecot/dovecot-lda -d "$DELIVERED_TO"' stderr : lda(xxx@xxxxxxxx.yy,)Error: net_connect_unix(/var/run/dovecot/stats-writer) failed: Permission denied

For me and my customer it looks fine and all is working, but this message fear me a little bit and i want this be fixed :)

Plesk DNS with QUIC.cloud CNAME

Hi,

To use LiteSpeed's QUIC.cloud CDN you need to add a CNAME for the root of the domain to the DNS records.

Something like this:

domain.tld CNAME cXXXX.tier1.quic.cloud

However with Plesk being the master DNS server I get the following error when I try the above:

Error: This record will conflict with the glue record for the zone 'domain.tld'.

Does anyone have a suggestion or resolution for this when managing DNS in Plesk?

Hi Plesk-Fans,

since ~14 days I've got the problem of loosing my web server configuration files every night (~ 4:00).
I think a Plesk process does something wrong that causes this.

Every morning I get an email from Plesk with this text:

Unable to generate the web server configuration file on the host <server03.drehpunkt.info> because of the following errors:

Nextcloud Updater Not Updating

I currently have the following upgrade option showing:

Version:
16.0.6 [Update to 17.0.1]

When I try to update I get this message:

Nextcloud Updater - version: v16.0.3-3-ga0c2b25 dirty
Current version is 16.0.6.
No update available.
Nothing to do.

I'm guessing something is broken with the update process; It did the same thing in Onyx before I updated to Obsidian.

How to add admin port to a subdirectory?

I was wondering about the best way to "remove" the admin port :8443.

Like I want to go to plesk.mydomain.com. I can only think of a redirect but there must be a better way to remove the port from the URL.

Hi,
I have got a new conversation learning_curve (lol) but when I click the title of the conversation in the conversation overview, I'm redirected to Plesk forum homepage.
No chance to open the conversation and read it.
Also not via email link.
I thought about the possibility he is an hacker and implemented a bad script inside his conv. <-- joke for fun
What is going on in Plesk. Or may be it is the helloween ghost from last week?

Creation of new webspaces only available when the administrator is not in Service Provider view?

I'm trying to figure out how to restrict Customer accounts from creating new webspaces. What I noticed is that when adding a new Domain, the available options for a Customer account or WebMaster User change based on the active view of the administrator account. I have tried it with two browsers, one logged in as admin, one logged in as Customer.

Error in Plesk phpmyadmin

Hi,

phpmyadmin that is shipped with plesk is showing the following error lines:

Code:
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'pma_CtSAyveCoLOd'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
If I look in the mysql user table I can't find the user "pma_CtSAyveCoLOd", but I can find the user "pma_QuFhnxC2BU3q". phpmyadmin is working, but can I fix this?
