Let's encrypt not renew

Hallo,

Let's Encrypt doesn't work anymore after an update.

Error message:

Could not renew Let's Encrypt certificates for Administrator (login admin).
Please log in to Plesk and renew the certificates listed below manually.
Renewal of the following Let's Encrypt certificates has failed:

Hi,
I have a new conversation but when I click the title of the conversation in the conversation overview I'm redirected to Plesk forum homepage. No chance to open the conversation and read it.
Also not via email link.
What is going on?

very slow ftp account creation/deletion for some domains

hello
when i want to create a ftp account or remove ones, it took very very long(about 20 mins...) to refresh the page of plesk and submit button showed please wait for this time to refresh the page.
but at that time during plesk show please wait, if i open that ftp access list on new tab, it shows the account is created and also i can connect by it to the ftp server, but the plesk take long to refresh and shows success message.
also have this issue for deletion of that domain's ftp account...

Plesk and Letsencrypt

Hi all

hope I can find some help.

My problem:
Running a server with actual 5 Webspaces and Domains.
All of them are secured with letsencrypt and running fine.

But, sind an update of Plesk I think, i am not able to use emails with ssl / tls. It looks like thunderbird is only checking the certificate of plesk itself, not for the domains. So i get a waring for each mail i want to receive and i am not able to send mails.

Anyone know this problem and can help?

I have a Plesk Web Admin edition (Obsidian 18.0.20 Update #2) running on Ubuntu, hosted on an AWS EC2 instance.

I tried to modify the Plesk admin url from the random amazonaws.com hostname to plesk.mydomain.com using the following SSH command:
plesk bin admin --enable-access-domain plesk.mydomain.com

Hello!

I am very new to Plesk and I'm doing this for a friend who is also stumped. He's got a Plesk server set up and wants to access the Rest API remotely, but whenever he or I try on our own machines, we get the following error:

Running out of disk space

I run a server at Digital Ocean and I am beginning to run out of disk space. To upgrade, it will double the price of my server. I can buy more disk space via a new "volume". How could I best utilize a new volume to offload some of the data on my server? It appears that the volume comes with only one directory. I'm not sure what to do with an extra one directory volume. Any help would be great.

PS Let's not got into backup space. I have that covered. I use Google Drive.

Hello people


After I moved my websites to a new server, all the emails sent from website land in the spam folder.
I really don't know the reason as everything seem to be fine for me. Maybe Im overseeing something.
Can somebody help please?

Obsidian FORWARD email problem.

I installed 2 VPS with Centos 7 and Obisidian, and on both I had the same problem with postfix


The problem is created when an email is forwarded to another external address, I disabled selinux, and I can't find a solution, even using the "plesk Repair mail"

Hi,

I just today started to receive the following error message from the following command in cron:

Hello,

I have performed several upgrades on Windows Plesk servers, and when upgrading Onyx 17.8.11 to Obsidian 18.0.20, I see the same reoccurring issue:

ERROR: Upgrade step 2019-04-25-14-46-58_ReportUsage.php failed with code 1 and output:
ERROR: Error: Call to a member function read() on bool (BrandingTheme.php:432)

Some steps of upgrade failed. Run upgrade with option --repair to rerun failed steps.
