Allow guest access with limited permissions, only to see/manage some extension (e.g. SEO Toolkit)

Hello,
if I activate an extension as SEO Toolkit, is possible to create an account to allow to access only to the details of this extension?
I'd like to allow to the SEO specialists to see the results and manage them from Plesk but without the possibility to see/change the hosting parameters (e.g. DNS, Databases, Mail, etc.).
Is it possible?

Postfix SNI TLS-Certs not auto-updated

This morning I could not send mail from some accounts, Thunderbird said the certificate has expired.

Problem: When selecting "SSL/TLS certificate for mail" in the mail settings of an individual domain,
the certificate for Postfix for that domain is stored by Plesk in /var/spool/postfix/plesk/certs.db

Sadly it is NOT (yet) updated by the SSL-It! or Lets Encrypt Extension:

Incremental backup not working

Hello,

I have a scheduled backup operation for all the server. It should make incremental backups every day and a full backup once a week, but, instead, it makes a full backup every day. The incremental backup option is checked. The backup is scheduled to start at midnight every day. The backup is saved locally. I haven't yet configured a remote location.

My server :
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3450 @ 2.67GHz (8 core(s))
Version Plesk Obsidian v18.0.21_build1800191128.17 os_CentOS 7

Hi all
I'm new to plesk but have experience in web development and I'm hitting a problem

- I bought cuisine-tendance.fr on OVH
- I added cuisine-tendance.fr to cloudflare and changed the DNS servers on OVH
- I set up a new website cuisine-tendance.fr on my plesk hosted on https://91.121.22.115

When I try to go to https://cuisine-tendance.fr, I arrive on plesk admin website

Do you have any idea ?

I have detected a WAF rule blocking activity.

How to create directory alias

Hello everyone. I am trying to create a directory alias on plesk , so that when someone navigates to example.com/somename , it will be accessed via /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/folder/foldername. this folder is outside of httpdocs.

On Apache & nginx Settings , i have created a rule Alias /foldername/ /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/folder/foldername/

but when you are trying to navigate to this page , it justs downloads the file

has anyone used directory alias?

unfortunatly plesk support is not...

Horde Activesync folder structure problem

Hi,

I'm using Plesk 12.5 and I have set-up Horde to provide ActiveSync connection to Outlook 2019.

Everything works fine, except when I create a new folder\subfolder.

I was working in IMAP, so I already had a "folder structure", then I switched to EAS.

Let's say i have a folder in "INBOX > Folder1" and I want to create a subfolder inside "Folder1": When I try to do it the folder is created but after some seconds it goes down in the folder list and changes the name to...

DigitalOcean DNS Extension Doesn't Actually Sync

We've found a huge problem with this extension: performing a sync (to sync the DNS records between Plesk and DigitalOcean's DNS system) doesn't actually sync any changes!

Example to reproduce:
  1. Create a subscription in Plesk.
  2. Manually initiate a sync to add the domain zone to DO (although I really wish this step was automatic).
  3. Check the domain in DO. At this point everything matches.
  4. Make any changes or additons in the DNS zone in Plesk.
  5. Click "Sync all zones" to...

Hello!

When I execute a task in the plesk panel, appears a popup with the following:

Today I received a Mail from CloudFlare mentioning that the Origin Pull request feature needs some special configurations.

Pls have a read there (Authenticated Origin Pulls feature) hope its ok to post this Link, even if from other (cloudflare) forum

Now my question is: does Plesk support this configuration somehwhere in the Backend?
Like setting up a new SSL Cert , is there so0mewhere the option to...

RBL Spammails to Spamfolder and not blocked

Hi!

I wonder if there is no possibility to send mails that are blocked with rbl lists, to the customer spamfolder. We here in austria are not allowed to block any customermails. Fals positives are so also obsolete.

I changed the swap size from 1gb to 4gb.
In Plesk server info it shows 4gb, but in advanced monitoring, it still shows 1gb, why?

Hi

I am using plesk 18 on centos 7.4
8 ram
8 cpu

when i try to create file or directory on a subdomain with the file manager i get these errors:
Internal error: {"redirect":"\/","status":"success","statusMessages":[]}
and:
Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined

cloudn't find anything on google
any idea?
