465 port problems with sending mail

Hi.
1. There are several domains on my server.
Send mail with 465 port is obtained through only one domain ( this domain is used for the server name, for example mypvs.domain ).
From other domains, mail through port 465 has to be sent through mypvs.domain too.
If I try to send mail from a my1.domain through smtp.my1.domain( mail.my1.domain and etc) 465 port- mail is not sent.
But from my1.domain i can send e-mail through mypvs.domain 465 port.

Wordpress+Woocommerce TTFB

Hi guys,

Im running a wordpress + woocommerce website on a VPS, and I'm struggling to get a decent TTFB out of it.

This is without any traffic load on it! 0 users.

I'm serving nginx, php 7.3 with FDM, GZIP compression.

I tried everything you can think of without avail.

With all plugins turned on (w3 caching, autoptimize, woocommerce, ...) I get an average TTFB of 5s!

When I disable and delete all plugins (including woocommerce) it improves a bit down to 1.5/2 seconds, but still a huge...

Can't access plesk, timeout error

Hi,
Im having a weird issue. I just created a new VPS server using Plesk webadmin, and I can't access the login page because it keeps timing out. This is a fresh install out of the box.

When I change my ip address using a VPN, plesk works and I can access the login page and everything.
Once I switch to my home ip address, everything times out.

I have another VPS with another provider, and I can access plesk from my home ip just fine.

What could be the cause? I contact the hosting provider...

Hi,

I did a search of the sub for "migrate" and "migration" but found nothing. I hope someone can help me.

I've used cPanel for the last 20 years but their latest pricing changes are predatory and I'm looking to move away ASAP.

Plesk being the next most popular panel is of course an easy transition choice but I'm wondering about migration from cPanel to Plesk in the same server. I see Plesk has an official migration tool addon that can migrate from cPanel to Plesk but all the official...

Cannot access plesk - Error

Hello guys, my first post here on the community.

I cannot access plesk. I see this error.
Host provider says that server work fine and if exist any issue to plesk, this is not his problem.
The days that plesk collapse, the same days they heve do DNS changes.

Google SMTP with 465 port

Hi.
For one domain I tried to use Google G Suite. And through the 465 port of smtp google mail is not sent.
I contacted Google support, we test, setup and looked at the logs in the Google admin console .. e-mail do not come to google smtp.
The 465 port is open for incoming and outgoing connections.
What could be the problem?
There are no errors in the Apache, Ngnix and Postfix logs.
The site sends a e-mail , but it does not come to Google smtp.

Problems downloading backup files

Navigator starts downloading file, at the end (when all file is downloaded) shows "fail".
This problem only occurs on some backups, not the sames and several times.
The last backup I've must download throw ftp, accessing to tmp directory and changing the name of the dump file to backup_info....
No errors at all psa log files.

Wordpress + Redis

Hi,

In my ongoing effort to reach an acceptable performance, I'm starting a fresh server with plesk and trying to use Redis object caching with wordpress.

I believe I have setup everything correctly but obviously Im missing something because Redis is not caching anything.

I'm using Redis Object Cache plugin, and here is the diagnostic:

Status: Connected
Redis Version: 4.0.9
Client: PhpRedis (v5.1.1)
Drop-in: Valid
Ping: 1...

Hey,

Outlook 2016 Updated (2019 Looks)
Windows 10
CentOS Linux 7.7.1908 (Core)‬
Plesk Obsidian
Version 18.0.21 ---

When i try to set up my Mail it Fails i used following setting: (hiba server settings.png)

When i change spa to yes and ecrypt to automatic it still doesn't work.

I just added this line to my panel.ini

[mail]
clientConfig.incomingServer="<hostname>"
clientConfig.outgoingServer="<hostname>"
clientConfig.incomingProtocols="POP3 over SSL/TLS, IMAP over SSL/TLS"...

Can't Login to the Plesk Repair Kit

Hello my problem is this:

I can login at my plesk, so that means my credentials are ok.
But when i go to
https://MYSERVER:8443/repair/
The window asking my credentials pops up, I input the same credentials as the ones I use in plesk.

Then it thinks for a second and asks the credential again.

No error or something else.
I used all browsers to check if it is a browser thing.

Hello,

I despair of my Plesk instance.
i tried to fix a update issue (upgrade from 17.8.11 to 18)

but i did something wrong and now i get the Server Error 500 zend_db and all website are offline

Hi,

i'm trying to use wp cli in order to update wp core and themes so i do that command :

but i've that error :

Upgrading from v11.5.30

I am using CentOS, running a VPS with root access.
It seems that my version of Plesk isn't automatically updating. When I go to the settings page, there are no links to allow me to upgrade my version of Plesk. I consulted with my host, and they suggest that because the version that I am using is so old (v11.5.30) I will need to upgrade via SSH. If I go ahead with this, can I directly upgrade from v11 to the current version in one step, or is it better to upgrade to a mid-point first, and if...
