Google SMTP with 465 port

Hi.
For one domain I tried to use Google G Suite. And through the 465 port of smtp google mail is not sent.
I contacted Google support, we test, setup and looked at the logs in the Google admin console .. e-mail do not come to google smtp.
The 465 port is open for incoming and outgoing connections.
What could be the problem?
There are no errors in the Apache, Ngnix and Postfix logs.
The site sends a e-mail , but it does not come to Google smtp.

Modsecurity + GeoIP rule not working

I'm trying to get the following rule to work but it seems to do nothing:

# Test IP address and block by country code
SecGeoLookupDb /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIP.dat
SecRule REMOTE_ADDR "@geoLookup" "chain,id:20,drop,msg:'Block China IP address'"
SecRule GEO:COUNTRY_CODE "@streq CN HK"​

I have had the GeoIP database installed for a while and used it successfully for other purposes, so this isn't the problem.

As it stands the above rule does nothing - no error, and no blocking....

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Windows 2012 R2, Plesk Onyx​
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
If plan details are changed and then subscriptions are sync'd, the HTTPS versions of the sites go offline. I need to re-run the lets-encrypt script to get the HTTPS site working again. This is on a Windows 2012 R2 server.

Cant activate Fail2Ban

Hi all,

I'm tring to activate the Fail2Ban module, i enable the option and then click apply. But in new page it's stil deactivated. I removed and installed it again but no changes. Is there any known issue?

I'm using:

Hi
We are using Plesk for linux server and everything work perfect Same we are planning to do for windows 2019 with IIS, Can any one suggest below permeates are allowed in plesk.

1. FTP accounts should sync with ACTIVE directory( for example, if i create a site and FTP should create in AD and sync with Plesk)
2. Default directory from E:/ineitpub/vhosts to E:/ineitpub/<site>wwwroot.

Hello,
I am new to the forum so forgive me for for any mistakes while posting this thread.

We have a dedicated server with following configuration
Processor: 1x3.2GHz E3-1230
Operating System: Centos 6.2 64-bit-old
RAM: 8 GB GB

We have around 10WordPress websites on this server with moderate traffic.

Usually the Ram usage is around 2 GB average.
But since Yesterday, probably after Version 17.8.11 Update #78 update, the memory is maxing out in minutes after restarting or booting up.

Can't access plesk, timeout error

Hi,
Im having a weird issue. I just created a new VPS server using Plesk webadmin, and I can't access the login page because it keeps timing out. This is a fresh install out of the box.

When I change my ip address using a VPN, plesk works and I can access the login page and everything.
Once I switch to my home ip address, everything times out.

I have another VPS with another provider, and I can access plesk from my home ip just fine.

What could be the cause? I contact the hosting provider...

II am using Version 18.0.21 of Plesk on a centos server. I've been trying to do a variety of tasks on my Drupal sites using composer from a command line. One of the utilities I want to run will not accept that I'm using any version of php accept the one in the path that came installed:
/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/root/bin:/root/bin

I ran the commands using the prefix: /opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/composer.phar as suggested,...

Auto renew of let's encrypt certificates not Let's encrypt

They are only 20 days left until all of my certificates expire. Which indicates that the auto renew function of letsencrypt does not work. I ran the command manually and it returns no error message. I also checked panel.og and there is no recent entry.
Any ideas what I could do next?

We have released the new version of Let's Encrypt extension - v1.3.

Changes include:
  1. Debian 6 is now supported
  2. No more conflicts with alt-python-virtualenv on CloudLinux
  3. Extension now ignores unsupported domains:
    1. Inactive (disabled/suspended) domains
    2. Wildcard subdomains
    3. Domains without web hosting
    4. IDN domains
  4. Fixed PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach
  5. Users can now secure Plesk with www. prefix in hostname...

Memory leak issue

Hi,

I'm running a single woocommerce on a 4GB memory VPS, and I run out of memory with relatively no load on the server at all. Swap was used which is really not good, especially since I migrated to a new VPS just to get my performance UP. Nginx + php7.3 fpm + Redis (limited memory to 200mb)

One of our client servers suffered a filesystem corruption so we've set up a new server, installed Plesk, and then restored everything from Plesk backup to bring back the websites and various configurations. This mostly worked but we're having a few teething issues with this server now.

One of which is that Advanced Monitoring just isn't working. The pages were displaying oAuth.login errors before, and restarting the service had no effect. I've managed to partly resolve by running plesk...

Hi there,
Im using the Trial Version of Litespeed and have 2 problems with the Plesk LiteSpeed Extension. All is up to date.

I can not connect to the WebAdmin while clicking on the WebAdmin link (10.19.0.5 is not my Server-IP)/ neither use my correct server IP.

The Images are not loaded (404).

I attached an image of Plesk Admin.

Additional Domains for Web Pro Edition?

Hi there,

is it possible to use Web Pro Edition with additional Domains? I have more than 30 Domains. I know I could buy the Web Host Edition but I don't need the reseller functionality. It would be great to have a license between Web Pro and Web Host or the possibility to add more Domains to Web Pro Edition.
