I have read the information about the Amazon S3 Extension but not able to work out the difference between the Free and the Paid what the Paid one does that the free one doesn't anyone able to give further information

I am new to Plesk coming from cPanel. Within cPanel GUI when an update for MySQL was out you could use the MySQL Updater Tool within cPanel / WHM to update without having to use commands
Is their any reason why Plesk doesn't have a GUI based update tool to update MariaDB if users want to? I am no Linux Guru and would prefer if possible to do things through the GUI.
I think this would be good to have added and it allows you to choose which version you want to upgrade to to keep it up to...

Are there problems with Upgrading from Ubuntu 16.x LTS to 18.x LTS?
I just upgraded to Obsidian and must say it seemed flawless. I would like to upgrade my server from Ubuntu 16.0.4 LTS to Ubuntu 18.0.4 and would like to know if there are any known issues with Plesk when performing an OS upgrade on the same server?
I'd plan on issuing the following commands as necessary. Am I missing anything for this to work with Obsidian?

Fail2Ban IPv6 banning in Obsidian. Correct Plesk Configuration?
IPv6 banning within Fail2Ban has been supported in Obsidian since way back HERE but like many people, we didn't upgrade from Onyx, until Obsidian attained General Release status, so we're a little slow posting this question.
Now, with an up to date Obsidian install, we have Fail2Ban 10.3.1 provided by Plesk which supports IPv6 banning (/etc/fail2ban/action.d/iptables-common.conf) but... we still can't...

Cant activate Fail2Ban
Hi all,
I'm tring to activate the Fail2Ban module, i enable the option and then click apply. But in new page it's stil deactivated. I removed and installed it again but no changes. Is there any known issue?
I'm using:

Floating IP always resolves to default page
We are in the process of trying out Floating IP on DigitalOcean to sit in front of our Plesk servers (https://www.digitalocean.com/compan...ting-your-applications-for-high-availability/). But have run into some issues with using the IP address provided as a shared address for sites within plesk.

Is it possible to change the server php version
II am using Version 18.0.21 of Plesk on a centos server. I've been trying to do a variety of tasks on my Drupal sites using composer from a command line. One of the utilities I want to run will not accept that I'm using any version of php accept the one in the path that came installed:
/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/root/bin:/root/bin
I ran the commands using the prefix: /opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/composer.phar as suggested,...

Postfix SNI TLS-Certs not auto-updated
This morning I could not send mail from some accounts, Thunderbird said the certificate has expired.
Problem: When selecting "SSL/TLS certificate for mail" in the mail settings of an individual domain,
the certificate for Postfix for that domain is stored by Plesk in /var/spool/postfix/plesk/certs.db
Sadly it is NOT (yet) updated by the SSL-It! or Lets Encrypt Extension:

Plesk Update Failed
Hy!
One of our servers is unable to update its Plesk installation. I tried running "plesk installer update" manually and I keep getting the same error message (code 1603). The screenshot containing the whole message has been attached to this post.
How can I fix this?

Grafana service returns "403 forbidden" errors
One of our client servers suffered a filesystem corruption so we've set up a new server, installed Plesk, and then restored everything from Plesk backup to bring back the websites and various configurations. This mostly worked but we're having a few teething issues with this server now.
One of which is that Advanced Monitoring just isn't working. The pages were displaying oAuth.login errors before, and restarting the service had no effect. I've managed to partly resolve by running plesk...
