PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When using the DigitalOcean DNS extension the TTL values for domain records are not synchronized to DigitalOcean when those are changed in Plesk.

On centos 7 server, plesk 18.0.24 is installed. It has 1 subscription with 2 domains. When accessing the main domain, a redirect to the https protocol and Plesk default page opens. How to disable this functionality?

since several days I see the following error in panel.log
there is only 1 wordpress instance for testing which is running under php 7.2
in plesk panel > Wordpress > Domain - the screenshot was showing the wp theme as screenshot. Then I pushed the refresh button and the screenshot of the wordpress site was shown.

Hi,

so this is kind of an obvious one imho. I was happy to see website labels getting added as a new feature and immediately assigned one to all my sites. Naturally I tried filtering by labels and was pretty dumbstruck that there's no way to do so. Kind of defeats the purpose I think.

tldr version: Please add a filter by website labels feature.

Today we have plenty of SPAM, Phishing, Viruses and Ransomwares that it's very risky and time-consuming to just don't use any protection.

I've tried to rely on desktop anti-spam solutions but configuring and maintaining them on many machines is too time-consuming and end users are still bothered by these.

I'm a bit frustrated currently… I just installed the new Update to 18.0.24 on one of our systems and had to realize, that our company's skin is broken… again! :mad:

What's up with the plesk developers/designers?
Previously we had a skin, which worked perfectly in Plesk 17. It looked always the same, from the first 17.0 versions, up to the last 17.8 ones, never had we take care of updates breaking the skin.
But since the upgrade to Obsidian, with every release, they seem to change the naming...

This morning I received from Plesk this error message by email:

Impossible to update these elements:
Website "/httpdocs" (<domain>): Failed to reset cache for the instance #1: Error establishing a database connection.

Now I've all the WordPress installations "broken"

After updating from Onyx on two separate servers I'm receiving the following message in my fail2ban logs:

Hello,
under each of my subscriptions I can find plenty of .zip files (older WP versions and plugins) under /.wp-cli/cache/. What are they and can they be removed safely? And if so, how to avoid those adding up over time?

I could not find any information online, thus I am asking here if somebody has any idea, please.

Running Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 on CentOs 7.

As you probably know the default theme on roundcube looks awful in mobile.
Official Elastic theme git roundcube/elastic is written that now it's part of the official roundcube code. When we will be able to see it in Plesk?
