I'm hosting a server on Hetzner Cloud VPS. By following the Udemy course made by Plesk, I made my first SSH key, installed Plesk, everything runs smoothly for like a year.

The first keys for the server, I have them on Putty for windows on my office PC, so I wanted to create a new SSH key to access from home. I'm following the same course, creating pub/secret key via putty and uploading the key via Hetzners cloud UI, but when i try logging in i'm getting "Server refused our key"...

Hello dear community,
I hope that someone can help me, I read a lot in the forum and probably did not understand what I have to do. When I call Plesk the following error occurs:

Send email from a domain's IPv6

Hello all

There is the option to send emails from the domain's IP address in the mail server settings. This is fine, however I want it to use the IPv6 address rather than the IPv4 which it seems to prioritise. Is there a way around this?

My objective is to give each of my customers their own IP address for sending emails so they can be responsible for their own external reputations. My service provider charges monthly for each extra IPv4 so that wouldn't be sustainable and they're happy to...

I have installed the music server Ampache and noticed that no covers are displayed during playback. After a look in the error log I saw following message:

I have not modified any log rotation settings manually.
However when creating new domains I'm getting the error:
Code: 
Error: Unable to configure LogRotation: Unable to turn off log rotation because it is forced on the server level
This prevents adding a new domain under a webspace.
This only happens for some webspaces.

Fresh install of Plesk Obsidian on Ubuntu 18.

Btw I tried to post in the Reports forum, but I have no permission.

EDIT: ok, the issue was resolved after disabling...

Web Deploy Publishing fails

We have a clean server installation with Windows Server 2019 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.20

When testing a Web Deploy Publish in Visual Studio 2019 it fails with following error:

An error occurred when the request was processed on the remote computer.
Unable to perform the operation. Please contact your server administrator to check authorization and delegation settings.

The connection works because I see the file "App_Offline.htm" is created in the httpdocs directory...

Custom Nameserver

Hi there.

Could anyone tell me how to set up custom NS on Plesk?

I have GoDaddy as a provider and a dedicated server on Hetzner with Plesk. For each domain, I would like to be able to set custom NS of the type "ns1.domain.com" and "ns2.domain.com".

I tried to set the custom NS on GoDaddy, then to add two different A records, on Plesk, with the values "ns1.domain.com" and "ns2.domain.com", but still does not work.

Is there anyone who could help me? Thanks in advance.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Plesk updated system packages, which included grafana server 7.0.0, after which Advanced monitoring stopped working. Downgrading grafana server to version 6.7.3 solves the issue.

Using Imunify360 with Atomic Advanced

Hello,

I've bought Atomic Advanced on my Plesk Server yesterday. Also, since I want to harden my security, I bought Imunify360 today.
But Imunify360 uses its own ModSecurity rule set. So, my Atomic Advanced rule set has gone.

Is there a way to use these two extensions at the same time?
Or what would you suggest? Which one is better?
