Remove "bought" extension before install

Hi,

I have in my list of "bought Extensions" 2 extensions that i do not want to install.
Those were bought by accident by a user with too much permissions . . . .
Is there a way to see when exactly those were bought?

How do i remove those extensions?

I searched the web and the forum but did not find anything.
Do i need to install first? I hope not!
I do not find them with midnightcommander on the server

Please give me hint on how to solve this.

Spamexperts extension disabled login/password fields

When I put the login and password credentials into the corresponding text fields (spamexperts / settings ):
SpamFilter API username
SpamFilter API password
they are disabled afterwards. So it is impossible to change them.

Any idea how to make changes to those fields?

Hello,

I upgraded MariaDB 5.5 to 10.1 and in the process I have some Plesk packages removes because of their dependency to MariaDB. After succesfull upgrade of MariaDB, I am trying to reinstall the packages.

I have 2 problems that I can't find solution for.

- I can find a way to install plesk-base pacakge using yum. Message I am getting is No package plesk-base available. I have the same issue with other plesk-* packages. How can I install plesk-base package again.

how to untar a backup on a windows workstation?

Hello,

I have a plesk backup (several files names xyz.tar, xyz.tar1, xyz.tar2, etc.) saved to a windows computer

I recall using 7zip in the past, but I haven't done this on a windows machine in ages... how can I uncompress these files? any suggestions?

Update Failed System unreachable

Hi Everyone,
I started an upgrade to Obsidian 18.0.34 on Windows and left the update running.

I came back after a couple of hours expecting to see the update complete, but I was confronted with a failure.

This all I get when I try to get to my server.

Importing Smartermail users into Plesk

HI....

I have the following problem/task

Server1: Plesk and Smartermail (both latest build).
Server2: Helm and Smartermail (both older versions).

How to "merge" these 2 servers?
I can easily move the SmarterMail domains from server2 to Server1 and get that part running, but then the domains/users are not sync'ed with Plesk

Does anyone know, how to import the domains/users into Plesk (or from the old Helm)?

Hello

I am having problem with mail server. When someone sends email to email address that contains IDN domain, then they will get delivery status notification with error: 554 5.7.1 <test@dömäin.tld>: Relay access denied
Without IDN domain emails are delivered successfully.
For example when client has two domains (one of them is alias domain) and I send email to:
a) test@domain.tld -> email is delivered successfully
b) test@dömäin.tld -> I'm getting delivery status...

Hi

I'm doing this addon for Roundcube to be able to view/add/delete email alias but I'm a little stuck. The example below has 5 email alias but its only showing the first alias. Does anyone know how I can get it to display all of the aliases?

How increase pcre.backtrack_limit for single domain, joomla web

Hello, I have got an error on joomla site in some cases. The website is hosted by plesk. My backtrack_limit is 1000000. And I think it is overflowted when user drag and drop more images into articles. I would like to increase it.
0 - PHP regular expression limit reached (pcre.backtrack_limit)

How can be pcre.backtrack_limit increased for only single domain on hosting (not globally for all domains hosted on plesk) ?
Or i must increase in php.ini globally ?

Public SSH Keys inside of virtual host template

I would like to include public ssh keys of our developers inside of the virtual host template so that they don't need to add them manually every time.
Does anyone have an idea to accomplish this?

It looks like it is not possible and was wondering if anyone has done this before.

Huge load average, uninterruptible state

Hello,

I've been struggling with huge (50 to 100+) load average incidents. The server becomes unresponsive and sometimes not even SSH connection is possible. This is how they typically appear in Plesk Advanced Monitoring.

Unable to send emails after upgrading to 18.0.34

I'm being unable to send emails since right after I upgraded to 18.0.34. Things were working perfectly before and upgrading/updating to 18.0.34 was all I did.
This problem seems to be happening for all the domains I have configured in the server (or at least all the domains I tested).

When I want to send an email via webmail (roundcube), for example, I get a red error message on the bottom-right corner saying:
"SMTP Error (454): Authentication failed."

And the following lines are logged in...

/var/log/maillog says this:-
