Joomla Toolkit 2.4.4 fails to find extension updates

Hello,

We have been using Joomla Toolkit successfully for a while. I wanted to start another round of updates to a bunch of our sites and noticed that JTK wasn't finding any updates for extensions. Joomla itself is showing that updates are available (Gantry 5, JEvents, JDonation, etc), but JTK says all extensions are up-to-date. I've tried refreshing cache for the individual sites as well as updating cache for all sites. Same result, no extension updates available. These are sites that...

If we change de home directory for a chrooted user from /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld to /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/another_dir, we cannot login and get this error...

Postfix login error with different domains

Hi, i have ubuntu 20.04 with plesk obsidian. I have install clam with amavis, postfix and spamassasin. Email works perfectly, i can send and receive email. But i have a big problem; on this server i have ten domain (domain1.com, domail2.com ecc.). If i config email on my desktop client o use webmail with roundcube, i can login with user and password of doman1 with imap and smtp of domain2. Every domains have a different IP. What's the problem?

I am now trying around since hours, but I can't get in work.

On apache&nginx settings page, I have turned off proxy mode and the "static files direct" option. Then I have added this (and only this) additional config to the textarea:

Unable to access Plesk admin dashboard

Hosted on AWS EC2. Plan is t3.micro. Unable to access Plesk dashboard since yesterday. Getting the message:

Spamexperts extension disabled login/password fields

When I put the login and password credentials into the corresponding text fields (spamexperts / settings ):
SpamFilter API username
SpamFilter API password
they are disabled afterwards. So it is impossible to change them.

Any idea how to make changes to those fields?

I need to run mautic cron job in plesk.

This is the command:

php /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/mymautic/app/console mautic:segments:update

I tried running this command as it is but it is not working and I have also tried running /usr/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/mymautic/app/console mautic:segments:update still it is not working because when I run a command on ssh /usr/bin/php

I get the following output:

hi to all I have a question to ask ... I have a dedicated aruba server with plesk installed where in between things I have 4 websites written in code, one of which is suspended and the other three are not.

well the problem is this while on two I surf and receive the emails on the third I can't log in and the browser keeps giving me this error

Custom Plesk URL still references old domain

Hi, I'm quite new to Plesk so please bear with me.

I have a server with a Plesk license from Zap Hosting that I bought a couple months ago, but am now planning on switching to another web host server completely. I want to use the same domain I had set in Plesk (domain1.com), however I cannot reclaim it because the Plesk URL still references domain1.com even after I changed it to a placeholder domain (lets call this domain2.com) and thus domain1 is still considered 'taken'.

Backup Upload over 2GB

Max Number of remote stored backups seems to be '1'

In my Backup Manager schedule settings I'm doing daily backups and I've set

"Maximum number of full backup files to store (including both scheduled and manual backups)" to be 5

And have deselected 'incremental backups', meaning I want each back up to be a full backup.

In /var/lib/psa/dump I can see the files accumulating for each day as I would expect.

However I'm also remote storing to DropBox and in the DropBox folder I see only one file stored in the "my_server.com" directory even...

I'm aware that wp-cli is a part of wp-toolkit and I'm glad that it's finally been updated to v2.4.0 as of this writing. However, a new problem has been introduced with this upgrade: Some commands have been removed.

In my Windows installation I can see only the English Language pack, there is no other option.
If I remember well all the languages pack are available for default.

Lost external FTP server, backup manager will not start

Backups to an external FTP server have recently started to fail. The FTP server has serious problems so I want to change settings in Plesk to another one. Trying to run the Backup Manager in the domain admin results, after some time, in the error message:
