554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied;

Hello

I am having problem with mail server. When someone sends email to email address that contains IDN domain, then they will get delivery status notification with error: 554 5.7.1 <test@dömäin.tld>: Relay access denied
Without IDN domain emails are delivered successfully.
For example when client has two domains (one of them is alias domain) and I send email to:
a) test@domain.tld -> email is delivered successfully
b) test@dömäin.tld -> I'm getting delivery status...

Configure Plesk as MX backup and Smarthost for a domain.

I tried to configure Plesk as MX backup for a domain and to act as Smarthost but had some issue, please recommend a better solution for this task?
An issue I am afraid to change Postfix configs manually because Plesk on an update may overwrite the configs or on plesk repair tries. what do you think i should do?

I am planning to buy plesk for website for my site but I also need to seo toolkit.
Is seo toolkit is included in plesk for site? Also will it effect the loading speed of my site?

update-stats consuming all CPU for hours

What does the following process eat up all the server's CPU for hours on end?

/usr/bin/sw-engine -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -dauto_prepend_file=sdk.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/email-security/scripts/update-stats.php

I like all the pretty Email Security graphs like anyone, but WTF?

Where to add additional GEO directives to Ngnix, like this ?:
geo $trusted_user {
default 0;
1.1.1.1 1;
2.2.2.2 1;
}

server
{
if ( $trusted_user ~ 0 ) { return 444; }
}
In Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx Settings this is not possible.
I got error: GEO directive not allowed here.
I need to add these directives only for one domain, and so that after the Plesk update they are not lost.

Domain is not resolvable under "DNS"

Good Afternoon,

Is it possible to hide this warning with Panel.ini file or similar? We have domains which resolve to our nameservers/DNS but A record points elsewhere and we'd prefer to hide this warning to avoid confusion.

Broken instance with php8

I have noticed that if I change the PHP version to 8.0 WordPress Toolkit reports the website as being broken (which it is not).

If I revert back to any other version of PHP such as 7.4.13 then WordPress Toolkit says the website is OK

It looks like there is some kind of bug with WordPress Toolkit and PHP 8

Fastest way to wipe all emails?

Hi, I just wonder what is the best & fastest way to wipe/delete all emails?

I am using below command:

for i in $(plesk bin mail -l | tr '\t' ' ' | cut -d' ' -f 3- | grep domainnames.com); do plesk bin mail -r "$i"; done

but it takes for ever to remove, especially when i have 20k of emails.

Please advise.

Hi, I don't know if this is a legit request for the forum because probably there is no Plesk issue here, but I don't know what to do anymore, so last chance.. :rolleyes:

I have set up two identical websites using Wordpress+Woocommerce (one the "public" shop, the other one is for "resellers"), every now and then the CPU spikes @ 100% and the entire VPS hangs; slooow connection through ssh and a reboot is the only way to get back the server functionalities.

Language Packs not available

In my Windows installation I can see only the English Language pack, there is no other option.
If I remember well all the languages pack are available for default.
I have no idea how to solve the problem.

Random Connection Timeouts on all Websites

Hello,

We are using CentOS 7.9 Plesk Obsidian (Version 18.0.34, newest) together with 2 uptime monitoring services (StatusCake, Uptimerobot). Since some days, all websites (~ 60 domains) we are monitoring experience all at the same time random downtimes of some seconds every 5-15 minutes (resulting in a Connection Timeout).

After restarting the httpd Service, this strange behaviour disappears for 8-48 hours and then starts to appear again.

Hello Community.

My Problem is that Birthdays wont Sync from Outlook (EAS) to Roundcube(Plesk Premium) Mail...

But when i Edit Contact in Webmail Birthday is syncing to Outlook and IPhone Contact..
but not displayed in Calendar (iPhone and Outlook)...

Can anyone help me?

Hello,

i like to to install APCu cache on

Plesk Obsidian Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS - for PHP 5.6 but after :
Code: 
/opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/pecl install apcu-4.0.11


comes :

bash: /opt/plesk/php/5.6/bin/pecl: Permission denied

php 5.6 is installed, what is the problem ?

npm is not available via customer ssh account

Hi guys, i tried to setup a blog with Ghost.

For that I had to install and enable the NodeJS extension. That worked perfectly.
I've permitted the user the ssh access and the login is possible.
But if the user types "npm" into the console, the response is only bash: npm: command not found.
I've read older posts and tried different solutions, but none worked.

Does anyone have the same problem or might now how to fix?

Upgrade to Obsidian from Onyx?

HI,

I am currently using Plesk Onyx 17.8 in windows server. Some of the accounts hosted in the server is required to install dotnet 3.1. Since the Plesk version, I am using will not support the required dotnet version. I might have to upgrade the Plesk version itself, although I am also looking for other alternatives.
I want to know the effect of the upgrade, like will the upgrade cause any issue in the server? Since this is a production server, I am concerned about the accounts in the server.

Hello, I have two domains, which I want them to share one webspace. So I created a new webspace with the first domain. That worked.

But then I tried to add another domain and selected the webspace from the previous domain. But it says I have no permission. I found this article: Domain aus Plesk entfernen › Shop Hosting von ESTUGO

Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

Plesk version:
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.33_build1800210123.00

PHP version:
7.4

Server type:
NGINX only

I have already googled and tried all the existing guides but unfortunately none seem to work.

So i kindly ask for help on how to install Brotli extension for PHP 7.4.x with Ubuntu 20.4.1 LTS on Plesk Obsidian v18.0.33_build1800210123.00 on NGINX only server.

Brotli extension for PHP is required for web sites...
