DNSSEC not available on Plesk for Windows (! VOTE !)

Since the suggestion is made in !2016! for support on DNSSEC on Windows, still not a single reaction besides "We will consider" and "Vote". Its a serious thing for security and it should be a priority for Plesk. Now making a topic on the Obidian forum also, so it doesnt get forgotten :)

Please vote! Or Plesk implement this

WordPress Toolkit Website List not working after attaching 37th page

Hello!
Today I recognized that my wordpress Toolkit is not working anymore. In detail, I cannot use the toolkit in in web browser (tested many different web browsers) after attaching a 37th website to the toolkit. If I click on the "Wordpress Toolkit" Button in the navigation pane, than I get a blank page. Nothing to see there. If i go to the 37th website (or any other) via search bar and then open the wordpress toolkit for that wordpress instance, everything is working fine. So it seems...

Migration from Onyx to Obsidian (Calendar Missing

Hi Guys,
i migrated all from Server 1 with Onyx (CentOS) to Server 2 with Obsidian (Ubuntu).
It seems all fine.

But when i switch to my (Horde) Account and look to the Calendar, then i miss all Data. There is only a Calendar which named as the account.

Can someone tell me how i switch the Calendars from Server 1 to 2?

Is it possible to go back to old code editor? I noticed in 18.0.34 that you can no longer open multiple files to edit--only 1 file at time slides from left.
I used the old editor a lot to edit files (worked for me.)

I am planning to buy plesk for website for my site but I also need to seo toolkit.
Is seo toolkit is included in plesk for site? Also will it effect the loading speed of my site?

File Editor Drawer

In the latest Obsidian version, a big change happened to the file editing capabilities of the file manager:

Revamped file editing in File Manager. Users now edit files in a drawer instead of going to a new page.

When sending email via an iPhone using activesync (Exchange) the from address is presented to the recipient as user@domain.tld.

I have seen someone modify a PHP script in order to allow the (usually vacant) domain part of the account settings to be used to populate a user's full name in order to populate the FROM address correctly, ie, "first_name last_name <user@domain.tld>"

remove grafana by hand

Hi there,
some days before christmas grafana did not work any more. It did not show any graphics, but it show up a error.
So I tried to uninstall it, in the hope to reinstall it afterwards. The uninstallation did not work. I tried to uninstall it by using ssl, but this did not work either.
Grafana is still in Plesk but "Advanced Monitoring" doesnt show any information. When I call "extensions->myextensions-grafana->open" there is a white page and the title of the page is "server error"...

So, I've never seen this before, but it just happened.

1) client domain is good and has been good for long time.
2) Lets Encrytpe has been renewing all good. The next renewal was in June.

Errors when changing vhosts directory

Hello all,

I'm attempting to change the default vhosts directory such that user data will be stored on a separate drive. I've mounted a 200gb drive to /var/opt, and wish the default vhosts directory to be /var/opt/www/vhosts. I'm getting the following error:

How do I change the '$' prefix to a '#', when using SSH?

I would like to run the following command via SSH:

# plesk bin extension --disable google-authenticator

I am using PuTTY, where the above command is outputting the following:

plesk: command not found

I am assuming this is because the command line has a '$' prefix, which I cannot modify. Is anyone able to advise on what I need to do, in order to replace this '$' with the required '#'; so that I can run the above command?

Wrong word for "Databases" is used everywhere. Current word is "DatabaVisar" which is more like "DatabaShow" (Not a word), missleading towards customers.

Correct word is "Databaser".

Anyone knows how to add postgis extender to postgreSQL included in plesk?

I checked in the forum, this topic is not covered yet.

DomainConnect - Javascript Error

Hello,

I have a problem with renewing a certificate on my server. "example.com"

I have a sudomain (test.example.com )of ths domain where everything works.

The certificate has also been issued before, but it has now expired and I just wanted to renew it. Otherwise, I have not made any changes to it.

How can I find out what is causing this?

Tracking down periodic high usage

Hello everyone. I need some help in identifying periodic extremely high usage in one of my servers (however, I have two and the same issue happens on the other as well).

I have install Docker under the last Version of Plesk - ok
I downloaded a Docker Image - ok
Now, the Image will map a Folder with Data from the Host. What ist the correct Path?
