Onyx, CentOS 7.2

Test system recently upgraded vom 12.5.30 via command line tool, no major issues occured during the upgrade.

The new function "Tools & Settings > System Updates" does not work properly or we don't understand the function: Check any or all of the suggested updates, then click "Update" in the menu bar. Firstly, my server is an AWS EC2 Cloud Instance. Here's all the tech specs:

CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2676 v3 @ 2.40GHz (1 core(s))
Version Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_Ubuntu 14.04
OS Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS

NodeJS log file

Hello!

I'm wondering where can I find the log file for debugging purposes in Plesk Onyx ?
Before Onyx, when we had to manually install nodeJS and Passenger's Phusion module, the logs were located in /var/log/apache/error.logs

Any ideas how can I debug my apps now ?

Hi,

I'm running Plesk Onyx on Ubuntu 16.04, I've setup a subscription with 50mb space with the option "Overuse is not allowed" enabled. However I've been able to upload well over 150mb via FTP and it's still not updated on the control panel?

I've read that the stats are only updated once every 24hours, but during that time a user could simply upload tonnes of files?

Server broking down, cannot restore backup

My server has broken down, backups exist on a ftp server, but now I cannot restore the domain on the new server. Although server settings and all are restored, the final step exits with the error in the log Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain_pref.php --update amklassiek.nl -default_server_mysql localhost:3306 -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1. Stderr is You can set the default database server parameter for subscriptions only.

Is it still possible to access PHPMyAdmin for admin user?

After an upgrade to 12.5 all I seem to be able to do is access PHPMyAdmin for individual domain databases.

This is a slight frustration as I want to be able to access it as admin and see and manage all databases on the system at once, (including ones not registered via Plesk)

Plesk, DNS Template- apply to all Domains

I get the following error when trying to synchronize the DNS template with domains:

[2016-11-20 01:35:28] ERR [panel] Task failed: id=79, pid=9200, type=dns-synchronize-real, error=Unable to add the webmail.stuff.freakyonline.de. IN A 178.63.34.115 record to zone stuff.freakyonline.de: This record will conflict with the CNAME record for the zone.

I have had a problem on my dedicated server which has meant Plesk is not available, although the sites are now available again. I am using Plesk 12.5 under CentOS 6

I need SSH access to find out the issue, but is is Filtered under the firewall rules administered in the Plesk admin panel which I cannot access.

As far as I understand, I would need to add my current IP to the pool of allowed IP's to connect under SSH - or alternatively turn the filtering off in the firewall.

So, my question...

My customer migrated server from 11.5 to 12.5, which both are on CentOS6, then when he
built new server he chose dovecot even he was using courier on old server, this caused

502 Bad Gateway on All domains

Hello;

I have installed Plesk Onyx on my Ubuntu 16.04 server. migrated about 4 domains to the server. right now all domains are offline with 502 Bad Gateway error. just 2 days

This has happened before never found a fix, only stopped using plesk thinking that onyx will fix this, now its starting allover again.

I have whitelisted my IP on fail2ban, i have mode security enabled also.

Wordpress & Nginx

My Wordpress keeps giving links to pages where nginx gives 404 not found. Do I have to set a special setting or something. Disabling smart static makes the pages work again. But then Nginx is useless right? Is there anything I need to do or is there anything usualyl happening automatically?
