Problem with Spam

Hello friends. I am having a problem with too much spam received on my server.
My SpamAssassim is score 8.

What can I do to get fewer spam? Does it make sense for me to stop using SapmAssassim and buy MagicSpam?

ssl certificate problem after update Plesk 12.0.18

After the plesk update to version 12.0.18 (CentOS Linux 02/07/1511)
I can not install new SSL certificates
It is as if we were ignoring the settings ...

I also tried to remove the check from SSL Support in Hosting setting in a domain with the previously installed certificate and running, completely ignores the operation.

some days i got this error almost evey hour :( ...
how can i fix that ?

About Backup security settings and backup restore on different Plesk installation

I am using Plesk 12.5.30 on CentOS 7.2 and while configuring Backup setting for my server i noticed the backup security section that has two options to choose. One is the "Plesk's encryption key" and the other is the "Specified password". Above the options there is this text:

List based permanent bans with fail2ban

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create a new jail for list of IP added manually to a list?

Time to time I get abusing IPs I'd like to manually added to a list and block them.

I followed http://www.looke.ch/wp/list-based-permanent-bans-with-fail2ban without a success.

if there is a way i can do it without restarting fail2ban everytime new IP added that would be great.

is it safe to close port 465 ?

Hello all,

We close smtp relaying and only allow smtp on port 587.
Would it be wise/possible/safe to close port 465 (smtps) in the firewall?

if i am correct: port 465 doesn't accept connections anyway when smtp is closed.

i know i can not close port 25.

thank you for amazing Plesk, Iuse now exactly 10 years on different 1and1 dedicated server, now on ubuntu 14.0.4 with successful upgraded Plesk 12.5 to Plesk Onyx.

would this qmail anti-spam script work with postfix?

This a question for the postfix experts. We still use qmail because we have a very easy script that logs every path a mail is send from. This works wonders to find a hacked/spamming website. Would this work in postfix? If not, would some adjustments help to get it working, or will this never work in postfix?

All that is needed now is to rename /var/qmail/bin/sendmail to /var/qmail/bin/sendmail.real and replace /var/qmail/bin/sendmail with this script

Datagrid VCTR Pro unable to fix any vulnerabilities

Hi,

we recently installed the Datagrid VCTR extension on Plesk Onyx (latest Version). The system scan found 78 vulnerabilities with fixes available, which lead us to purchase a subscription for the Pro version in hopes of getting the most critical patched.

Trying to fix any of the vulnerabilites does however fail with the message (I also tried to fix all vulnerabilites, same result):
„There are no updates available for the selected packages from the repositories configured and enabled on...

Had a test server same setup, everything worked fine, decided to upgrade on the main server and doesn't seem to want to work?

API Access

Hi,

since the Update to version 17 I have a problem. There is no restriction to API access in any config. But I always get the error "invalid Password". And with secret keys, there is the same problem. But the local Console is working fine.

Yesterday im updated my plesk to onyx, but after that problems started. now me and some other members cant enter my site. Yesterday i was rebooted modem and i can able to enter but today i cant enter again. Checked banned ip adresses too but our ip not there too

I am trying to install the MagicSpam Extension in Plesk 12.5 but after I click Install I get the following error:
