PHP is giving Fast CGI errors on Multiple servers for the last 3 days

Hi
Since Saturday, All my PHP sites are throwing the error pasted below. This is happening on multiple servers, randomly. I'm assuming some update or something is causing this. Any idea? Some help will be appreciated

How to change subscription IP Addresses from sahred to dedicated

Hi folks,
I am using plesk version 12.5.30, centos 7. My sites are running of shared IP Address when am trying to change that to dedicated it show me following message "Error: Cannot change the type of IP address already allocated to a user. IP address xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is already allocated to user(s) as shared IP address."

I thing it is coming because this ip address is allocated to subscription users. I be grateful to whom help me to figure it out how to make it possible.

Hello alltogether,

I'm using Plesk with PowerPack and The Management App for Android. The App wishes to install a updated version of mobile api very often, so I accepted it. But the last update failed, and now, I cannot login to plesk any more. If I Log myself in as admin, instead of the the plesk-stuff, only the following error-message appears:
Fatal error 401: Mobile Connector initialization failed: Missed required config section.

What can i do to make plesk accessible again? I...

CentOS with Plesk 10 was shutdowned

Hi guys.

I have a big problem with my server CentOS with Plesk10.

This weekend, my server was shutdown without advice me and if I want to turn on the server, it don't turn on.

How can i see why the server shutdown and to see the reason?

psa 11.5.30-ubuntu12.04.build115130819.13 Parallels Panel v11.5.30 core files

The problem started with me not being able to access the Parallels Plesk panel for server administration
ERROR BAD GATEWAY 502 NGINX. I tried to restart the MYSQL services and then restarted the server.
I then got a FILE NOT FOUND error on trying to access the Parallels Plesk.

I checked the logs and found the following errors

Plesk migration from 11.0.9 to another server plesk 12.5

We are using Plesk 11.0.9 we have to migrate it on another server which having Plesk 12.5 . I have created configuration backup file from plesk 11.0.9 & trying to restore it on plesk 12.5, we are getting issue while Mapping IP address. its not going to next step. We have 1 TB data on plesk (more than 500 Websites).

also help me with migration tools.

can u please help us to migrate data?

Domain with default page... And I cannot change

Hello,
Recently, I'm installed a new VPS and configure a .com domain. But, when I try to view the WP webpage, it shows the default Plesk page. I tried to delete the index.html fromt httpdocs, but the domain shows the same.

Aparently, the domain is correctly configured, even with the correct DNS and IP.

How can I solve this?

Hi to all,

After Plesk upgrade from 12.5 to Plesk Onyx, all webmail sub domains don't work.

When try to connect to webmail.domain.com (Roundcube), I have following error page:
I tried plesk repair but with no result for webmail subdomains.

Could say me please how to correct this error ?

Plesk Onyx Version 17.0.17 Update #8, Debian 7.11

Hi,

we've used the old(?) Mass Migration PHP Script to copy the content of one Plesk Installation to another.

Unfortunately since we've updated to Version 17 it's not working anymore.
Also "plesk bin migrate" is not working either.

Is there a new mass migration command? If i do the migration manually on the web panel it's working.
I need it to do just as fine as a cron job.

Otherwise.. is there another possibility to...

Plesk 12.5 with CentOS 7.3 compatible?

Hi there,

today we have find a CentOS upgrade in the yum repo from CentOS 7.2 to 7.3, that we have installed:

cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core)

We have installed Plesk 12.5 with MU #55
[root@www74 ~]# cat /root/.autoinstaller/microupdates.xml| grep version
<product id="plesk" version="12.5.30" installed-at="20160105T150819">
<patch version="55" timestamp="" installed-at="20161209T113009" />

Will there be an official Plesk patch? If so, when :)?...

Cannot connect to SMTP on Plesk for Windows with SSL or TLS

I'm managing friends server with Windows 2012 Server r2 and Plesk Onyx installed on server. There is installed wildcard SSL certificate for primary domain.

Using PHPmailer whithout SMT (isMail() function) works just fine, but transmission is not secured.

I have tried all combinations with ports 465, 587, using TLS or SSL or STARTTLS as SMTPSecure option, but with no results. In fact, different one.

Here is configuration for sending emails:

$mail = new...​

WordPress Toolkit (cached data)

I've just realised that after each action performed in WordPress Toolkit (update core/plugin/theme), data is saved under /var/www/vhosts/domain.name/.wp-cli

Practically each plugin/core/theme version is saved in there, for each update action.

Shouldn't this cached data be removed after the update is successful? Data seems to be stored in there forever.

I m trying to migrate some subscription from a Plesk 12.5.30 Update #55 installation to a Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update #10, both are running on Cent OS 6.8.

I have 2 subscription that give one error on the migration (seems to appear near database migration stage) :
