Incorrect cgi-bin configuration

I'm running 12.5.30 Update #54 on Centos 7.2.

At some point in the last few updates my cgi-bin configuration has been broken and many of my CGI programs have stopped working.

For some of my domains (and I think it might be all of my top-level domains - not the sub-domains) the generated http.conf file is missing a ScriptAlias definition. This means that any requests to cgi-bin are directed to...

Upgrade to Plesk 12.5 from Plesk 12.0.18 (CentOS 6.2)

I have a CentOS 6.2 server on 1and1, and i had one problem filesystem on this yesterday.

1and1 said me that it failed because I didn't upgrade Plesk on the last upgrade.

Until today, this server was working ok so I didn't upgrade it but 1and1 said me that I must to use the next line for upgrading to Plesk 12.5:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller​

How do I keep safe for upgrading my server? is it dangerous if I upgrade it?
If i use the last sentence, will Plesk delete...

Problem with /var/lock after upgrade

Hi community,

I've got a problem after upgrade to Onyx when I try a fs repair :
"$ plesk repair fs -y -v

Currently any domain, or subdomain with :8443 affixed directs to the Plesk control panel, is it possible to turn this off except one "control domain" ?

wrapper file empty / Permission denied in Plesk

Hi,
I was having trouble with Server Backup these 4 last days, and Plesk Onyx would not update packages or itself anymore.
After trying a manual update with SSH, I get
---s--x--- 1 root psaadm 23104 Oct 28 09:41 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mod_wrapper
---s--x--- 1 root psaadm 0 Dec 13 10:32 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/wrapper

wrapper file is empty (0 byte).

Now in Plesk I have "Permission denied" errors in Plesk modules related to the system and servers:

Hi Guys.

I have looked through the forums but the references I found sadly did not help.

Recently I have moved to a VPS with Plesk.
Everything seems to be setup fine, except some emails are not coming through when the SPF Filter runs.
Looking through the mail.log I have a few examples, since the text may vary a little but it generally seems to point to the same thing.

When the customer tries to publish his site the bar races to 90% then slows and times out at 98% giving an error stating "Unexpected server behavior"

Two seperate DNS Servers

Hello

It seems as I migrated from CPanel to PPA 11.5 I now need to migrate again, so I have decided to use Plesk multi server.
My problem is I need two dedicated DNS servers as my registrar requires two DNS servers with two different IP addresses.
Is it possible to have two seperate DNS servers with Plesk Multi Server.

Plesk 17 MU11

After upgrade from Plesk 12.5 to Onyx ive got every night email from cron:

Cron <root@xxxx> rm -f /usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/*

rm: cannot remove `/usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp/1XyA1q': Is a directory

How can a local backup be copied to an external FTP storage space?

Backup completed and fully available for restore from server space, but not uploaded to FTP storage space.

We are seeking a way to copy that local backup .tar to an external FTP storage space without recreating the backup/running a new backup. However, the solutions that are suggested in FAQ (e.g. find the backup_*.tar file) and previous forum entries don't work, because there is no single .tar file to copy but a wealth of many individual files. The backup logs do not reveal the file name...

How can a local backup be copied to an external FTP storage space?

In the older Plesk Monitor app it displays usr and var disk usage.

In the newer Plesk Mobile app only usr disk usage is displayed. Can we have var as well please.

trying to activate Fail2Ban on a fresh installed Onyx Plesk without any Hostings created yet.

Cpanel to plesk migration

Hello guys,

i need some help regardint cpanel to plesk migration.
I have installed plesk and plesk migration tool on windows 2008r2 server.
When I select new migration, under Source server / panel type i don't have cpanel option, just plesk and helm3.
How can i configure/install cpanel as an option on migration tool?

Restore roundcubemail database from AutoBackup

Hello:

I have deleted accidentally an email account from Plesk 11.5. I have created new one and I have restored manually emails data from BackupAuto_xxxx.com_mn_xxxxx.tgz, and now I can access and I have all emails, but I haven't the contacts and groups.

I have see that contacts and groups was stored in "roundcubemail" database, but I can't see any backup from SQL backup daily or any other tgz files. In Plesk 11.5 I have programmed automatic threads with option "All configuration and...
