Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can help. I'm trying to get my head around exactly what to put in the volume mapping section of a docker container in Plesk. I'm happy with the Docker proxy connection in the subdomain I want to connect to the docker app, but I can't find a worked example anywhere of what to put in the host field of the volume settings. Is it as simple as the absolute location of a folder on the server I want to use?

Hi,

I started receiving the following error recently but wasn't before; so I'm not sure what is causing this issue.

I tried to log off/on to Microsoft OneDrive within "Backup Manager" in Plesk and that did not work. The domain it's referencing is disabled so I'm not sure why it's causing this error all of sudden now.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Spamhaus seems to have added more IPs to their "Open Resolver" list. We had to remove them from our systems for that. We're using proprietary resolvers, yet they seem to dislike them (or the number of the requests they are doing).

Is bl.spamcop.net a valid alternative these days? We haven't been using them for a long while. Any good or bad experience with them?

Hi

Since the last update of Plesk Email Security there are strange entries in the email queue. These mails are not delivered despite being marked green. I can only empty the queue to remove the entries. I cannot select them. What is going wrong here?

Hey all,

New to Plesk - loving it so far. Having an issue with email I think - webmail isn't working, and from what I've read in the forums that's likely because of a DNS issue..
Which might make sense, on my domain space I have 2 a records for @ and www pointing to my server IP.
Is there supposed to be more? Or perhaps I am missing the mark here.

I have also tried to configure this email via my client, but it is not accepting the data.

Hello All,

I wish to use Mylittleadmin in windows server Plesk to access the MSSQL database. Since this option is depreciated.

Can you please let us know the Alternative for Mylittleadmin for Plesk windows server? Also, the alternative should be like the panel should be login within plesk. It should not be seprate interface by login using username and password. It should be within the Plesk.

Please let us know the alternative for this.

While trying to upgrade MariaDB 5.5.68 the process stops at the "Updating the server configuration" step with this error message:

Hi

Is there a way to login automatically through webmail for a particular email account, without the account's password?
Some sort of auto-login from Plesk (as a super user for example), like it happens in cPanel?

Hello,

I just installed plesk for the first time, never used it before, everything went well but when I uploaded my website (to httpdocs) and tried to access it, I get a 403 forbidden error.

I checked all permissions and everything seems okay to me, httpdocs had rwx r-- r--, I changed it to rwx r-x r-x but that didn't help.

There are also no error logs in the log.

Any suggestions?

I've a ubuntu 24.04 server that is up to date, plesk cli tools are giving me many errors like this: /usr/bin/sw-engine: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.31' not found (required by /usr/bin/sw-engine)

Hello,

Can anyone tell me why the Plesk authentication driver for dovecot is trying to write repeatedly to the email accounts password file at /var/lib/plesk/mail/auth/passwd.db? This is happening 1-3 times per minute.

This shows the default configured driver, which is Plesk...

does anyone know if there is a how to do (best practice) a migration all the data from Horde database (calendar & contact items) to SOGo Database?
I know that we could export calendar & contact items from Horde web interface and import this in SOGo interface but this
is very laborious if you have a lot of accounts..

If I use the docker extension in plesk, there are an option for upload an image to Docker in catalog in Plesk (Upload Image in Docker Image Catalog).

Unfortunately, this does not work. I can upload the file and it works, but no image is displayed afterwards. Is there no error message if the file for a Docker image is not OK?

Where are the files stored? Or are they only stored if a docker image could be created from them? Where can I find the log files for this process?

Hy,

After a total crash, we have restored the whole server from plesk with encryption.

It restored the local database mariadb on localhost with user normaly, but the second db with the newer mariadb on docker over the ip 127.0.0.1 and port 32768 is not possible.
It ends with this Exception.

Have installed Plesk Email Security and I'm getting more spam than before I had it installed.

I set it to the highest level and it's still letting more through than without it.

It is making me not want to purchase it - it's not exactly setting a good example is it?

And before you go "it's better once you pay for it" I get that, but to let more spam through than without it makes me not want to pay for it.

How can I get further help with this?
