Add sencond IP into panel -> Lost access to Plesk

Hi fellas, i just create a new vps with plesk, everthing is fine until i add the second IP addr using ToolsSettings > IP address

i insert the second IP using the sintax = 54.xx.xx.xx/255.255.255.xxx
mark (x) Shared

and apply.

the issue is:

i lost remote access (ssh) and plesk panel also not accessbible. Trough vmware i see that the main IP address was changed to the second IP.
but when i access ens192 file has the first IP conig there.

i already try to remove this second IP but no...

Quick tip on branding Roundcube

I'd like to share a quick and dirty hack that I used to brand my customers' Roundcube interface (now that it is running on v1.4) with their own logos. It was a fun little project and they absolutely loved it. With this, the customer will see their own logo on the login page and on the top left corner of the webmail interface.
Roundcube kinda allows for per-domain configuration but I figured this type of customization could be done without this. Here's what I did:

Monthly domain stats not recalculated automatically

Hello,

As we entered the new month of May,
I noticed that on both of our servers the monthly statistics shown at https://plesk.xxx/admin/domain/list are no longer being recalculated automatically.

I can still manually trigger “Refresh Usage Stats” for each domain without any issue.
However, if I’m not mistaken, this calculation used to run automatically.
Could this behavior have changed with the recent upgrade to Plesk 18.0.69?

Apache hangs every night "server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting"

Hi all!

I'm having an issue since three weeks ago, and it is driving me crazy. I have a Plesk on CentOS 7.9. All working flawlessly for over a year (so flawlessly that I've ever need to reboot the server since installation) and suddenly, every night at 2 or 3 am, Apache stopped working.

The server is not a VPS, nor is it virtualized, it has plenty of RAM (64 GB) and CPU for around 200 domains and it has never passed over 50% of memory usage or 20% CPU usage, so resources are (apparently)...

Tried to move vhosts ...

I tried to move my vhosts on a new nvme SSD drive. Drive is there i can see it, formated ext4 and even plesk sees it 7TB. All is well so far. When i try to move after a while i get loads of errors. It turns out that for some reason that is beyond me, after copying around 100GB that the disk is full. I can see that is 1% used ONLY, but still ....
Any ideas what might be wrong ?

I'm trying to upgrade from 18.0.68 U2 to 18.0.69 U2 on CentOS 7 (latest updates). I'm getting the following error:

Send detailed error to client-side for 500 errors with ASP.NET

Hello,

I am trying to send detailed error information to the client-side when 500 errors occur on my Plesk managed site. Basically, whenever a 500 error occurs on my site, it displays the error message:

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

If you are the system administrator please click here to find out more about this error.

We have released the new version of Let's Encrypt extension - v1.3.

Changes include:
  1. Debian 6 is now supported
  2. No more conflicts with alt-python-virtualenv on CloudLinux
  3. Extension now ignores unsupported domains:

Plesk does not generate the dedicated phpfpm8.1 pool serverd by nginx. It fails silently leaving a broken stack behind

It took many days to track down the root casue of my extreme issues I was facing with the server. Now I clearly identified that if I apply phpfpm8.1 served by nginx in the plesk panel and then apply it, the pool is not generated in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain/etc thus the pool configuration is missing and it falls back to some default pool making the whole stack crashing and laggin all the time incl. mariadb freeze and affecting other sites on this server with the same db. I noticed the automated "Package Update Manager notification" emails contained an error message for the last few days ("ERROR: Apt cache fetch failed: E:Repository 'Index of /ondrej/php/ubuntu jammy InRelease' changed its 'Label' value from '***** The main PPA for supported PHP versions with many PECL extensions *****' to 'PPA for PHP'"). Looking in Plesk I noticed it had failed to check for updates since 2025-Apr-27 (presumably due to the above error). Attempting to fix this...

What I want to do
I want to create Service plans my resellers can use for their subscriptions, but that they are not able to create custom Service plans themselves.

Why?
So I'm able manage the resources of the server better, like CPU en memory usage with Cgroups. Now, the reseller can create his own Service plans with eg. unlimited storage space, unlimited CPU and unlimited memory and assign that to all of their sites. Has anybody gotten Mastodon hosting to work with the Docker extension?

I've spent the weekend experimenting with Docker and various Mastodon, Redis, and PostgreSQL set-ups, but for the life of me can't seem to get a working config. All of the Mastodon via Docker guides seem to be from a few years ago, before Plesk had a Docker extension, and talk about editing yml config files directly and/or running docker-compose, but I'm just trying to use the Docker extension alone.

If I pull the tootsuite/mastodon image through the extension, regardless of the environment...

RBL list problem inbox email

Hi, I have several servers with Plesk on Linux, and on all of them I use RBL spam lists for incoming mail, such as Barracuda and Spamhaus.


For the past few days, many incoming emails are being blocked that weren't being blocked before. On the Spamhaus website, they don’t appear as blacklisted.


Do you know if there’s a problem with the RBLs or if I might be doing something wrong?
