I really hope you can help me with this issue, I have no idea what´s happening. I´ve never had any problem with an update before.
In the update settings I selected “Automatically install Plesk updates” but, for the first time, the update 18.0.69 just didn´t happened.

Random temporary Database connection error across all Plesk sites
For a few weeks now we've been having this weird issue with all sites hosted on Plesk (except the pain one with no database) - all sites would suddenly show a database connections error until I restart mariadb service on Plesk. Even the ones with external DB server. It looks like a mysql.sock issue of some sort but there's nothing in the logs - both system and SQL, - and the service status is not showing anything out of ordinary when that heppens.

.NET Toolkit .NET 9 support
Even though .NET 9 was released some time ago, it still doesn't appear in the .NET Toolkit. Will .NET 9 and later versions not be supported? What should I do about this—do I need to install them manually?
I also noticed that one of my clients using the .NET Toolkit has a server running .NET 8 version 8.0.7, while another client's server is running 8.0.15.
Why didn’t the .NET 8 version on the first server automatically update from 8.0.7 to 8.0.15?

Fresh install error 'Ubuntu/focal/main'
Hey everyone.
I tried installing plesk on an additional server of mine today. Tried 24.04 first and 22.04 after it failed. Both gave me the same error. Tried playing around with repository lists a bit but it didn't change anything.

Plesk updates when running Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS - Possible Installer Plesk bug?
Updating Ubuntu 24.04 is different (in file content and format) than previous Ubuntu releases;
In Ubuntu 24.04, it's via this file: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources
In Ubuntu 22.04, it's via this file: /etc/apt/sources.list

Wordpress sites not loading - message Unresponsive
Hi, all my websites are loading very fast, but my wordpress sites are laoding VERY VERY slowly and I even got this message today but have no idea how to handle it or what it means:

Hello,
I'm relatively new to Plesk, I got dedicated with Ubuntu 22.06b and latest Plesk Version 18.0.60 Update #1.
I installed the extension WP-Toolkit and when I try to make a new installation I'm getting this error:
Unable to download the WordPress 6.5.2 package from wordpress.org. Please try again later or contact the server administrator.
Looking into this I couldn't find any other information or solution for this issue. Here is from the action log:

If I set the role to “Create and manage sites,” they can add subdomains – but also see the “Add domain” option, which I want to avoid.

How to Fix Sitejet Access Error on Plesk Without Migrating the Website?
The issue I encountered is that after not accessing Sitejet for some time, I attempted to modify the website and encountered the error shown in the attached image. I did not migrate the website or make any changes. I would like to know if there is a solution to this issue. I have another server running Plesk, and it does not have this problem—this issue is specific to this server.

I have a domain with a Joomla website. It has an SSL certificate provided by the ISP.
I have other domains and I would like each of them to point to a page of the first site. These domains must also use SSL.
In other words:
domain1 = https: //domain1.tld

I have Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.59 CentOS Linux 7.4.1708 in a Virtual server in Hetzner. Since yesterday nothing work at all.
1. Sites although that they have SSL Let's encrypt and wordpress or a static page loads only the default page of Plesk.
2. Extensions section doesn't load and shows internal server error (please try again)
