PHP7.0-Sybase in plesk

Hello,

I just installed php7 and wanted to use it. But my website needs php sybase, is it available for plesk? How can I install it? I tried to install it with apt-get install php7.0-sybase and the package could not be found.

Using Debian 8 and Plesk 12.5

We have run the excellent: plesk pci_compliance_resolver and that takes us pretty close already (i.e. only TLS 1.1 & 1.2) but we can't see another straightforward way, to take this one step further and use TLS1.2 only on all domains.

There are four (!) different ssl.conf files on our cloud server:

1) ./etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
2) ./etc/nginx/conf.d/ssl.conf
3) /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ssl.conf
4) ./etc/proftpd.d/ssl.conf

So editing the correct file via command line would just be guessing...

Use TLS1.2 only and remove specific ciphers...

Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 installer is broken

My Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 installer is broken

When I start installing the update the -download update installing- never ends and now when I click again in the -Install now- option it show me an ERR_TIMED_OUT error.

Whats wrong? what can I do?

I added

into the Vhost.conf but it took no effect.

So what should I do?

I use Centos 7.

[URGENT] SSL not working after migration

Hi,

I've migrated a few subscriptions between two servers for better usage of server ressources.
The migrated sites don't work anymore because Let's Encrypt certificates cannot be installed with the following report:

Install certificate failure: Unable to set certificate name :

Customers can't access plesk panel after update

Yesterday i updated to Plesk 17.5.3 Update #4 and all other packages are definitely updated to latest version. Server restarted.

After that update (17.5.3 Update#4) every customer on every domain under subscription can't access their Plesk panels anymore.

It worked great and smooth up until i updated yesterday. Everything else work, Apache, websites, email everything works. I can log in as admin in plesk and i can access customer Plesk account through "Log in as customer".

It's just that...

Hello,

today I noticed a System Update Warning:

After checking the configuration with

dpkg --audit
I found three packages with incorrect or missing checksums. Two of the packages could be reinstalled with

But there is still one package left...

Update #4 cause 502 Bad Gateway?

OS: CentOS 7.3.1611 with SELinux and Nginx reverse proxy enabled, all packages updated to latest version.

I updated Onyx from 17.5.3 Update #3 to Update #4 last night. 6 hours after, all of my websites report 502 Bad Gateway message. In the same time, Plesk system health status reported all services were green light.

I have try the following action:
  • Restart httpd service
  • Restart nginx service
  • Reboot system
None of them solve the issues....

Currently a plesk user 11.0.9 on an old red hat server.
trying to install 12.5 on a new centos 7.3 server.

Per your documentation a 14 free trial license is supposed to be part of the installed software.

When doing the initial login and setup, get to page that requests a license. Why ?
Have gone to your site to request a free trial and used those licenses also and always receive the following message:

Hello my apache server is shutting down every day at 6:52 (probably by cron.daily process 50saupdate)

I've to restart apache2 manually after that.

My system:
  • OS: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Plesk: Onyx 17.5.3 Update 4
  • mod_fcgid: libapache2-mod-fcgid-psa 2.3.9.5-ubuntu16.04.17031614

Disable ipv6 qmail outgoing ip

Hi,

I can change the ipv4 outgoing ip for qmail with ip route change ...

But gmail still uses the ipv6 address

¿How can i stop using qmail ipv6 adresss?

i need to change it cause gmail categorise my emails as spam. so i need to test with other ip address.

Hello,

I have a question about the CloudFlare integration with Plesk, and how it works with domains that default/redirect to their root (domain.com).

I have a customer that has a domain that defaults/redirects to root (domain.com). It seems that when enabling CF for a domain, by default it is only routing traffic through CF if using the CNAME/www.domain.com. In this setup - is there any use in enabling CF? Or how can I utilize both CF and default/redirect...

Plesk Onyx keeps resetting permissions on a different drive

Whenever a micro-update is automatically installed by Plesk Onyx, it is resetting permissions on a different drive.

I understand the goal (security) of forcing psaadm and psacln to be denied rights outside their respective tree, but I need to be able to store a large media repository on another drive and I need Plesk to stop reverting my permissions changes within the mapped folder (a virtual directory).

How do I prevent Plesk Onyx from breaking this?

I have already disabled permissions...

Hello all!

I am currently having problems with custom GoDaddy nameservers and Plesk.
I have Plesk installed on my personal Dedicated server.
I want to setup so customers can use my namservers rather than giving them the IPs for quick and simple setup to my server.
I have done this before Successfully using Sentora.
I feel as I have setup GoDaddy correctly and am new to Plesk. I have setup the hostnames in my DNS manager to ns1.mydomain.co.uk along with ns2.mydomain.co.uk and is linked to my...
