Hello when performing an update in plesk, the control panel are disconnected and want to log in again mark the following error

With this mornings update to Plesk Onyx and the update to MySQL server the update seems to have copied all variables into a new mysql.ini file except max_connections and max_user_connections which have been set back to the defaults of 151 and 30 with the old variables then being save in a mysql.ini.bak file.

While it is easy to change these back to my custom settings, can these also be carried across as a number of my sites easily reach these limits and therefore fail to connect to the...

I want to allow FTP access on my server Plesk.

So i create my users in FTP Access on my principal domain, but when i try to login with Filezilla, don't work :

Hello

I can not create a postgres database with same name of user on Plesk 17.5.3 Linux.

For example
If I want to create the database dbtest with user dbtest I get the following error:

Erro: Falha na conexão com o servidor de banco de dados: ERROR: role "dbtest" already exists

This is normal?

Can somebody help me?

Server config :
- ‪Debian 7.11‬
- Plesk 12.5.30 Update #68
- MySQL 5.6.37-1debian7
- WAF using Atomic Basic ModSecurity, with daily updates, and Tradeoff configuration
Completely up-to-date at this time (Plesk and apt-get upgrade)

One one of the websites, it is impossible to update a WP page,as it gives the following error:

Hi

Does anyone know of a way (official or otherwise) to disable / prevent users setting up email forwarding and auto-responders?

Email forwarding breaks SPF / DKIM and causes a whole host of email deliverability issues when trying to deliver the messages to other providers.

Migrating some users from a very old Plesk server on which you could restrict them to a brand new, up-to-date Plesk Onyx server and cannot see the option anywhere - I have checked all the documentation / support...

Hello all,

Our goal is to start taking advantage of the incredible speed improvements on http2 via SSL.

Ubuntu 16.04 has no official support for apache mod_http2 due to it's experimental state. We host 2 distinct websites with latest version of Joomla having 2 versions of PHP: 5.6 to 7 with apache. Both websites have let's encrypt SSL certificates provided by plesk integration.

We already setup http2 on plesk according to this guide...

Hi there,

We have a number of Plesk 9.5.4 servers running CentOS 5.5 and a new centOS 5.5 server running SB 4.5 without any problems.

The only issue is that we cannot get the Remote Administration Module for Plesk to manage the SB Server.
I know there was one before.

Can anyone help shed some light on this and how we can get some Administration of SB directly from a Plesk Control Panel?

Hello, I need to add a map directive to one of my vhosts, specifically the type of block below:

Hi
I can't login to
Add or Remove Components - Parallels Installer

Before, when I made a clic on link, it was just loading options to add or remove components
Now, it takes me to a login page, with root user

If I enter a bad password, it shows me an error
If I enter the correct root password, it returns to same login page again, without any error

How can I solve this?

I cannot get 17.5 to work how do I install 12.5 from iso. The plesk installer defaults to 17.5 How I can I stop this ?
