DB Webadmin doesn't work for sites

Hello,

I have both DB Webadmin apps installed. I am trying to manage databases on MS SQL hosted on another server. They both work when opened from Home>Tools & Settings>Database Servers. When I go to any site
Websites & Domains>Databases> and click on the webadmin link it does not load with the "This Page cannot be displayed" error. I have reinstalled the components. I have run "%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --reconfigure-mssql-webadmin-site. I have switched back and for the between the two...

Incoming mail stays in queue permanently

Hello all
I've configured a mail account on a new instance of Plesk Onyx. Outgoing mail is fine, using webmail or a mail client. But incoming mail is permanently queued, no matter who the sender is.
If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

service plan 502 bad gateway

I have been using one subscription for all my domains. Decided to split them into additional subscriptions so I can control the resources. The only problem is when I try to add service plan I get 502 bad gateway error? I suspect the /admin page might not be there because I don't see it in httpdocs folder. Is it possible to recreate this with the plesk repair web command?

Just been looking over a server. It has over a hundred manually installed WordPress instances that are not in the toolkit.

Is there a way to scan for all WP on server and get them in the Toolkit?

Why ist Plesk using "Order allow,deny" if mod access_compat is disabled and all configfiles are withqut "Order allow,deny" !?

before plesk repair web:

AllowOverride "All"
Options SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
Require all granted

</Directory>

after Plesk repair web

Possible Bug on phpmyadmin

Good night.

I think I've found a possible bug.
I have a signature with a database called db_one.
When I click on the phpmyadmin url, the database opens and the tables are displayed correctly.

I needed to create a second database called db_two.
There is no table in it.

When I click on the phpmyadmin url, the db_one database tables are listed.
The url looks as if the db_two tables are listed: like this: https://host.com:8443/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/index.php?db=db_two, but...

Static compression borked by default

Just a performance FYI for Windows Plesk users.

In the course of troubleshooting something else I discovered that static compression would always fail with:

STATIC_COMPRESSION_NOT_SUCCESS Reason="UNKNOWN_ERROR" (from a failed request trace)

This turns out to be due to a failure to access the iis temporary compressed files folder (by default systemdrive\inetpub\temp\iis temporary compressed files).

This will still fail even if you give open permissions to that folder because IIS tries to...

Plesk Mobile App Broken

The Plesk mobile app is broken. Using iOS 10.3.3 and I have the latest version of the Plesk Mobile app on my iPhone and iPad. The API is up to date on the server. Each time I login with the app I get this screen. If I select install the screen just re-appears with the install prompt again.

I've installed the API update directly on the server and still it doesn't work.

Happens on all my servers.

Apache can't serve PHP file from DigitalOcean bulk storage volume

I have a CentOS 7.3 instance at DigitalOcean (DO) running Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 and Apache 2.4.6. The use of nginx is disabled so Apache is acting alone. (Tools & Settings > Services Management > Reverse Proxy Server (nginx) stopped.) Externally, Wappalyzer reports that the server in use is Apache.

If .php files are located on a DO bulk storage volume, the server cannot find them and returns a status of 404 -- but also emits the text "No input file specified" which seems to come from nginx,...

WordPress Minor updates not consistent

For the most part the update system is working but we still get the odd WordPress not updating. For example see the image. A v4.8 with Minor switched on and update available for 4.8.1.

Panel slow

Hi!

I installed a fresh VPS server a few days ago with CentOS 7 and Plesk Onyx. First everything went fine but then everything went slow. Debugging mode is off according tot the Panel.ini editor extension. But it kinda looks like it's on, I cant think of any other reason. Google couldn't help me further.

Update Git Version from 1.8.3 to 1.9

Hi there,

I want install VersionPress on a WordPress site I am setting up. However it is saying the following on setup:

Git version 1.8.3.1 detected with which there are known issues. Please install at least version 1.9

Is there a way for me to update the Git version? The

$ sudo yum install git

Command just responds with 'Nothing to do' as the 'latest version' is installed.

I am running Onyx 17.5.3 on CentOS 7.

i want to customize roundcube in my plesk installation on my webserver. At first i want to create a new theme for roundcube, which is not overwritten by the next update of plesk or roundcube. I also want to personalize the configuration of Roundcube.

Hi,

I have a problem with plesk/whmcs. the error is
plesk version is 17
whmcs version is 7.1.2
"error code: 1013. error message: customer with email is not found in panel. please contact your service provider"
