Problems with sending email to freenet.de

Hello,

I have problems this sending emails to the freenet.de domain.
All mails goming back with :
550
inconsistent or no DNS PTR record for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (my ip address) (see RFC 1912 2.1) (in
reply to RCPT TO command)

I have multiple domains on 1 ip address, so i can only enter 1 RDNS per ip address.
Is there a way to solve this??

PHP 7.2 has introduced support for the Argon2i hashing algorithm. It's stated in the RFC that it should be compiled with –with-password-argon2

The support is definitely not enabled in current version of php7.2 on Plesk Onyx.

smpt server problems ssl certifcate from hostname not domain

I am having a problem with smtp on domains in use on a server

I do not want to use smpt server as server.hostname.tld, but want to use is for each different domain as differentdomain1.tdl and differentdomain2.tdl etc etc

however in plesk 17.5 it means that differentdomain1.tld seeks the certificate of hostname.tld which is the mailserver and therefore fails with 'stream_socket_enable_crypto () peer certificate cn did not match expected CN' errors

How can I change the helo hostname for...

How do you get support with a OVH license?
When trying to create a support ticket you are asked for a license key and when you put in the key OVH have provided you then you are told that you have to contact your reseller for support but OVH do not provide ANY support on plesk and they tell you to open a ticket with Plesk instead

When you open a ticket with OVH they tell you they have no support for plesk since they only provide the hardware and service for that and that you have to contract...

Hello,

is this possible to have Linux Plesk Multi Server solution which is using SimpleDNS as DNS server and SmarterMail as mail server?

I already have Windows environment with tested and properly configured DNS and mail solution and I'm wondering if I could use it in Linux Plesk Multi Server configuration.

I know that I can buy Hosting Pack with SmarterMail support but I can't find information if SmarterMail connector requires some local Windows agent or it just uses SmarterMail API?...

Source: Backup set from Plesk 12.5.30, CentOS 7.1, 64-Bit
Destination: Plesk Onyx 17.5, CentOS 7.3, 64-Bit

Error on some, not all domains (only 1.3% of subscriptions, 0.46% of domains):

After restoration it seems that all data is present. But what exactly is causing this error and what are the consequences?

We are using Plesk to host sites for others.
Many of our clients use WordPress and this makes it hard to keep our servers safe.

Hi everyone

First time using the forum.

I’m having a problem doing XML SOAP request. I have 2 servers, one without Plesk and the other with Plesk. The one without Plesk the request works just fine, but the one with Plesk, the xml soap request isn’t leaving the server and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why. I have tried everything, so my only conclusion it’s something to do with plesk. Is there any reason to why plesk would be blocking xml soap requests from leaving the server?...

Been running into the

alot since i reinstalled everything on a clean slate

reinstalled server, did a apt update and upgrade, installed plesk with plesk installer, setup a few sites and databases and now i see some of my pages are giving me that error 500
when looking in the logs i found

I have lots of problem with mail server configuration.

my ptr seems not good, my dmarc too, and i got this in the maillog:

spamassassin[30858]: cannot get sender domain

dmarc check on internal mail

Hey Guys,

Since I enabled DMARC check for incomming mail I have a little problem.
Wwhen I send a mail from user@domain.com to itself the mail somehow fails both SPK and DKIM check in DMARC.
When I send the mail to an external server everything works. Any suggestions how to solve this?
Here is a snip from the log where the mail fails:
