Hi,

It's not possible to log on to webmail trough the use of Roundcube. Roundcube will give a notification that the "Connection to imap server failed".

I read online somewhere that it might has something to do with...​

Hi

I'm created a Azure vm from the official plesk image and face a certificate error. Linux VM.

I've created the vm and associated resources
SSH'd in
Created a first time log in link
Gone to the link and selected Interface options
On the settings page I add the host name, which exists against the domain name
Entered the dedicated IP address etc.

Domain name/host name is pointing to the dedicated ip address

I get this error on submitting
Error: Certificate '' cannot be set as default one:...

Problems whith Symantic extension

Hello!

I want to use a wildcard SSL of Symantec in Plesk Onyx Version 17.5.3 and have already ordered and installed it but get only an error if I want to open my website. "Please delete your cookies"... Cookies are not the problem. I have deletet the cookies, cache, temporary data, site approach... If I take a look into the SSL data I find no data of mine though I installed the certificate (manual of Symantic doesn't help here). Do I have to register the certificate in other places too? And...

DNS not sending NOTIFY to secondary dns servers

Hi there,

I have plesk onyx configured as a master dns server which transfers via AXFR the dns xone changes to a 3rd party secondary dns solution.

AXFR is working fine, but the 3rd party secondary dns is saying that plesk is not sending a NOTIFY command upon dns change.

I'm wondering if this is a fault, as would expect this to happen automatically?

Where to find Azure Plesk licence key

I've installed Plesk from Azure using the Plesk for Onyx image pay as you go rather than BYOL.

To submit any form of question to support I need the Plesk license number as it's a compulsory field. However I can't seem to find that license key number anywhere.

Any idea where I would find it?

I am getting lots of these entries in /var/log/messages:

Update PHP on Plesk 11

We have a windows Server 2008 and plesk 11 server with PHP 5.2.17 I need PHP 5.4 or higher for a PrestaShop store.
I followed the instructions from :

But when I go to check in Plesk / Parallels Plesk Panel Component Management and the php does not appear anymore ...

What can I do ?

Hi,

As we all used Plesk Onyx Web Host Edition and other version it was because of the service and charges are

good and low. Now it was very terrible to hear that Plesk was going to increase the charges on December. If your

company didn't have money to celebrate the Christmas and new year please don't turn to your customers. As your

Onyx version is not full fill for an hosting company and we though it will be improved but with out improvement how

you can increase the charges. IF plesk...

I purchased hosting space with www.bigrock.in on 1-Jan-18. I have deployed my asp.net mvc 4 application in /httpdocs folder. If i access the website it is throwing "Service Unavailable" HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Please access http://www.indproperties.com/ and see the result. Source: Backup set from Plesk 12.5.30, CentOS 7.1, 64-Bit
Destination: Plesk Onyx 17.5, CentOS 7.3, 64-Bit

Error on some, not all domains (only 1.3% of subscriptions, 0.46% of domains):
"Stderr is filemng failed: filemng: Error occurred during /usr/bin/base64 command."

After restoration it seems that all data is present. But what exactly is causing this error and what are the consequences?

Good morning:

I tried to contact plesk but it cannot be possible due to my license is a "resell" licence, and cannot be access by them.

Anyway, I have this issue for several months.

Everyday, I got in Plesk a red error saying:

I upgraded OS vendor PHP (CentOS 7) from version 5 to 7.2.1. I followed the steps:

Α. Upgrade PHP (How to upgrade OS vendor PHP on CentOS 7?)
B. Installation of IonCube loader
C. Registration modules (module, cgi, fpm, fastcgi):

PLESK provides us with great tools on traffic, but I was wondering if there was a way to find which of the hosted sites gets the most HITS. I know I can find the sites with the most traffic, but I'm looking for hits, because a site with large downloads or large images skews the statistics.

I need this for a job on hand, but I couldn't find an easy way to do it. Many thanks for any feedback.
